The hotel is very good, facilities, staff, breakfast, the best thing for a smoker is the small door extending in all directions, you can reach the outdoor smoking by pushing it open, it's great! Naturally comes with a laundry room which is great!

The inside of the hotel is nice and has appeal. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms in my opinion. I notice small details when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom specifically could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor looked like it hasn't been mopped. The biggest annoyance was the parking lot. We had a snow storm the day before and it was very difficult finding a parking spot because most of them hadn't been plowed.

There was toothpaste still left on the bathroom sink. There was a plastic fork on the floor next to the bed. Overall i got a good night sleep for the few hours we stayed for my son's appointment at the Wisconsin children's Hospital.

We had an overall fantastic stay here. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a large mall across the parking lot which was extremely convenient for dinners out and movies. The only small issues we had was that the elevator closest to our room was broken and there was no change at the front desk or restaurants in order to use the laundry room. I had to drive to a nearby gas station to get quarters for the machines.
