Hotel itself was good and clean. Staff were very pleasant. Hotel is next to 24 hr garage, and meant as a light sleeper, this wasn't great, bit would ask for a room at the back next time. No easting facilities nearby (apart from chippy 5-7 which is lovely). Great for a one night stopover

Great stay in convenient spot, perfect for visiting Norfolk broads Nicky was extremely helpful on reception desk, she went above and beyond what we expected, a real help Room was tidy and clean, single beds made up how we wanted All great Thank you x

A pleasant stay. I’m clean and well rested. Towels were provided and there is a dispenser shower gel on wall but I recommend bringing your own shower gel. Just opposite (within compound) there’s a petrol station with M&S for food etc, and a Starbucks. Enjoy!

We stayed for the 3rd year year in a row for a convention and yet again it didn't disappoint. The room was warm and clean and despite being on the ground floor it was quiet even with the petrol station outside. Thanks again for a great stay.

Hotel basic but does what it says on the tin. Room immaculately cleaned by a certain Kirsty :-) If only she left her number I could have got her to show me acle. Only down thing was not enough tea coffe and sugar. Not much in the way of things to do locally to the hotel

Very dated decor. Shower above bath didn't work. Mould on the ceiling. Noise both inside and outside. Heard loud bangs at 1:45am which woke us all up! Noise from traffic as very close to a petrol station services.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay, the bed was comfy, extra pillows available in room didn’t have to ask reception, room was very clean and aired and the staff were very efficient and pleasant, absolute 10/10

i have just got back from there at acle. was there 2 nights and the staff couldnt have been more helpfull the cleaner kirsty was very helpfull and the room was perfect everything was fine and will be back .my stay was very enjoyable. so thank u all

Was booked on the day as a cheap overnight stay, Could use a revamp as a bit tired. Small tv and lack of sockets. Staff friendly, needed more towels and they were happy to help.No major issues. Would use again in same circumstances
