No bathroom light for four days difficult to shave etc
grouting dirty in bathroom sofas both had no springs unable to sit comfortably loud bang when flushed toilet loose panel reported nothing done

The Neptune Resort was clean and perfectly situated for all amenities, our room was also of a fair size and plenty of room for the 2 of us
