Great services, welcoming fruits and nice breakfast provided. Staffs are welcoming and approachable.

It was a bit damp in the basement, and the mattress was terrible; you could feel the bed frame as soon as you lay down, like sleeping in a pit. There were no slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste.

Very friendly welcome by receptionist. Stayed in a single ensuite room. Bathroom quite tired looking and water got progressively colder when I showered in the morning, which was unpleasant. Did not find the bed and pillows comfortable. Lots of noise from creaking floorboards and doors in the early hours. Fruit and biscuit in room is a nice touch. I got a good rate but unlikely to stay again as need a comfortable bed and hot shower as a minimum when travelling for work

Overall experience was great other than the room I stayed.. The room is at the basement. Very noisy when other guests walk up the stairs for light sleeper

The staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was very good, location very good as well, but the car park was all busy I had to park on the road and paid for parking, the room was in the basement not enough ventilation but they supplied 2 electric fans.

We had an excellent stay at the Washington. The staff we met were all friendly and attentive. The room was perfect for our short stay with all expectations met and a very comfortable bed. The location is great with plenty of eating and drinking establishments within an easy walk. We used the parking without issue which was a bonus. Overall I would recommend the Washington to anyone planning a short stay in Bristol.

Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly! Very good breakfast, they have english breakfast available plus regular choices.

Worst water pressure ever but everything else was fine. Little uphill but lovely view thanks to that.

The staff was really helpful and it was a really nice place to stay for some days.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and tidy. However we arrived for breakfast which was included and why we booked this hotel to find that the chef had called in sick so there was only a basic continental breakfast . The staff were unhelpful and slow at breakfast . My husband had an orange for breakfast and I had a piece of toast !! Not what we paid for .
