Good location. Double bed is made of two halves and there was a gap between in the middle which was a bit annoying. Good breakfast

The place itself was spacious enough. The staff were polite, but the breakfast selection was just average. It's close to the M Shed attraction, and you can easily walk to the canal area. Getting to the bridge takes less than 10 minutes by car, which is very convenient. There's also a 20% discount on parking.

Modern and well-located hotel. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, and we slept perfectly. Everything looks new, modern, and clean. The bathroom is a built-in plastic unit with plenty of space, which I think is a very practical solution. The WiFi was excellent with good speed. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Umbrellas are available for rent at the hotel. We were given a hotel promo code for parking, but I would have preferred parking to be included.

Quick and easy check in, room was clean. I left my charger in the room when I checked out, called the hotel and they had it ready for me when I returned to pick it up. Great service.

Uncomfortable bed couldn't sleep, pillows like hard bricks didn't realise there was softer pillows instead available. Poor breakfast cold and lack of attentiveness Wouldn't lend me a phone charger

Great location, comfortable beds. However, the bathroom wasn't very clean; there was even a spider.

I Chose This Hotel as it was Close to the Gig I was going to that Night.I Have Never been to this Hotel Before it was very Nice,Clean,and very Modern.All the Staff was Very Helpful.My Double Room i stayed in was Spacious Lovely and the Bed was Comfortable.I will definatly stay here again if I am in Bristol.I Highly recommend this Hotel.

It's a great place to stay in Bristol for a weekend

Very easy check in. Well located. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel is really well situated for access to bristol cathedral, park street and Baldwin and corn streets, all of which are home to a plethora of restaurants and pubs. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the mattress comfy and the tv was a decent size. We enjoyed our stay there and would gladly do so again.

Location is good for me. Area has several restaurants. Room is small. CS are good

i like it it wasnt something like woow but yeah, and its expensive also but if ur really need to stay somewhere i can say its alright
