Convenient location. Friendly staff. Room was not as per pictures. No washing machine. Only 1 bed lamp, where the on/off switch wasn't accessible as it was behind the bedhead. The kitchen sink had no plug for washing up. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom, however there was a sign saying there would be $1000 callout fee for steam in adjoining bedroom. This didn't make us feel comfortable. Wardrobe sliding door was off the track.

Very basic overnight stay. It’s a centrally located hotel. Staff was helpful when reception desk only opens a few hours in the weekends.

This room was supposed to be the superior one-bedroom room from the previous night, but I stayed in that one-bedroom room the night before because the one-bedroom room I booked that night was due for renovation and could not be lived in. On the first day of check-in, I asked the front desk to swap the rooms for the two nights so that everyone would be convenient and not suffer a loss. After all, different room types have different room rates. The so-called superior room is more expensive mainly because it is newly renovated. It looks beautiful, but I am embarrassed to post the photo of the toilet. It was only a little cleaner after I flushed it. Forget the bathtub. It is okay if I don't take a shower for one night. There is still an ashtray on the balcony. The front desk is very dedicated. The only advantage of the facilities is that the bathroom mirror is on the cabinet door. You don't have to see yourself when you open the cabinet door. I remember that Ctrip once had a test sleeper's high opinion of the mirror, which impressed me deeply when Ctrip was just founded.
