There was trash under the sofa, like plastic bottles and tissues. Hairs were left in the bathroom, so it wasn't very clean. The hotel itself has a good location, and the room is quite spacious with two beds, which was great for co-sleeping with my child. It's right in front of HERMES and very close to the station, so the location is excellent.

This is an old hotel right in the heart of the bustling city center. If your main purpose is shopping, it's quite decent. Built in the early 80s, it was once a glorious establishment. So, as you can imagine, the facilities definitely show their age!

Location is top-notch. The front entrance is on Elizabeth St, and the back entrance is to the left of Queens St. The decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean. Service is excellent.

Excellent location, super convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel is a bit old but still quite clean, especially the bedding. I stayed for many days. If you need a change of bedding, you have to tell the housekeeping staff directly or leave a note. Otherwise, they'll likely just re-make the bed without changing the sheets. Milk is free; if you don't receive it, the most reliable way is to tell the housekeeping staff or leave a note. Also, every morning from 7:30 to around 8:00 AM, the lobby offers a free plate of bread and fruit, which is a nice touch for early risers. Overall, it's very good, and I'd likely stay here again.

The room's location is excellent, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. However, the decor is a bit too business-like and doesn't quite suit a younger aesthetic. What truly deserves praise, though, is the front desk service! We had booked an Uber for an early morning airport pickup around 4 AM, but when we woke up, we realized no driver had accepted the ride. After we informed the front desk, they managed to arrange a car for us within a minute, and the price was the same as Uber's!

Fantastic location! You can practically step right onto the shopping street from the back entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at in Australia. The front desk staff were really friendly and even recommended a great Thai restaurant! Thumbs up!

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options within a 1km radius, and it's only 1km to the South Bank. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the doormen were very attentive. Since we had an early flight at 7 AM, the supervisor thoughtfully packed us a meal to go. Thank you!
