Hotel was really nice with good room. Quite smaller than what I expected but still good. Like the bar in hotel and view was amazing. The location is near beach.

Good service, as expected. My reason for marking "good" is that the room was a bit stuffy, but I couldn't open the window. The bed was comfortable, and the fridge and the hairdryer were useful. All the staff were helpful.

Nice hotel in a good location. Great for free parking which is very rare to find in Brighton. £13 for an Uber into town or a nice 30 minute walk along the seafront. Would definitely stay again.

If you drive, it is a suitable hotel with large rooms and bathrooms, clean and tidy. Breakfast is also good, semi-self-service, and you need to leave enough time if you are in a hurry. It is located in a seaside complex east of Brighton, with free parking. It is an hour's drive from the Seven Sisters seaside and 2 hours' drive from Heathrow Airport. The Royal Pavilion in the city center is worth seeing.
