The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean, as was it room. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is the beds are extremely firm, uncomfortably firm. Other than the bed, everything was wonderful!

Not great, but good. So first, when I checked in which was fine. The front desk was very nice and friendly. I went to my room and tried to open the door which was locked. The door lock was stuck and I had to come back down with all my stuff and let the front desk know. They said "oh the lock gets stuck on that one sometimes" well get it fixed because it was inconvenient for me and made me also think someone was already in that room asleep. One of the front desk men came with some metal hook and was finally able to open the door for me. Which made me late for my plans. Then I had to make sure I didnt let the door slam shut because it would probably happen again. The shower, awful. I got a handicap room ,which I did not want. The shower was so small and the seat would not pull down. It was very hard to even try. The water leaked out of the shower so bad, the floor was soaked and I had to use multiple towels that I needed to clean it up. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff greeted me and said good morning. Very nice. There was a bigger girl at the front desk that looked like shes been sucking on lemons. Please smile.

We want to thank Liz at the front desk in assisting us with our room transfer. In our first room, the ac was not working. She was very helpful and immediately responded by transferring us to another room and even brought us the new room keys since it was late in the evening. Great customer service!
