"This hotel is a hidden gem in Brest, offering a surprisingly upscale atmosphere at a very budget-friendly price. Although the average room rate is around $30 , the interior makes you feel as though you are staying in a high-end establishment. The rooms are excellent and kept in pristine condition. One of the standout features is the corridors, which are a literal work of art. I highly recommend taking the time to walk through them and explore the unique exhibitions on display; I was truly impressed by the attention to detail. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. They were kind enough to offer early check-in and late check-out without any additional fees or questions. I highly recommend this stay."

"The worst service and room - I have never encountered in my life. The receptionist was an extremely rude older woman, we let it slide, it happens to everyone, we thought. We went into the room and were shocked by the horror. All the bedding was in holes, dirty. The bathroom is from the prehistoric period. There is only one outlet in the room and it doesn't work!!! We had to ask our neighbors to charge it. The mattresses are getting dirty. The entire floor is in dust, lots of stains, as if the room had never been cleaned. They gave us an old pillow and 2 sheets instead of a blanket."

"It felt like I was in the USSR: elevators that don't work properly, there's no internet, the stairs to the 3rd floor are like from a communal apartment, and the room smells like old ladies and there's someone's hair scattered around. Food: during the Swiss table, the choice is small and there are few seats in the hall."
