Intourist Hotel

Very affordable hotel with a Soviet-era charm. The location is good, and there's a nice bar within the hotel.

Everything was great.

I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and had a TV, refrigerator, and fan. The bathroom had towels and shampoo. The room was bright, and it was clearly recently renovated. And, of course, the hotel's convenient location—the main attractions are within walking distance. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and the embankment are also nearby.

I never got to stay at this hotel. I paid in advance for two rooms. Check-in was supposed to be at night, and we notified reception in advance, but the bus didn't arrive at the Belarusian border until 12 noon. The hotel offered no compensation, refused to allow me to arrive after 12 for a few hours, even just to shower and rest a bit, and the hotel staff were completely uncooperative over the phone. This is the first time in my life I've encountered such a lack of customer focus. I'm completely disappointed with the hotel and Brest.

An excellent hotel. Recently renovated, it's very clean and bright, with a quiet air conditioner and spotless linens and towels. Conveniently located. The only minor drawback, which I wouldn't rate as a star, is the good soundproofing from the hallway. Especially during the day when guests are busy, you can clearly hear the maids chatting among themselves in the heat of their work. Otherwise, everything was great. They also let me leave my luggage in the storage room for free until evening—a small thing, but a nice touch.
