I booked 3 months in advance, secured by my credit card. 2 days before I was about to arrive (I was just going onto the ferry from spain, so had no internet) I got an email in a absolutely inappropriate language telling me, that my credit card had not "been working", which was apparently wrong, as I had used it the day before and the day after! They threatened me to cancel my booking, if "i would not give them a different credit card within 12 hours" - which apparently I could not, being on the ferry. I suppose that they found a last-minute group of 2 or 3 people whom they could charge more, so tried to get rid of me (single). So - if you want to book a hotel which really takes booking seriously, do NEVER book Taki, there are so very many nicer places around Lake Garda. With owners who are not so impolite and fraudulent.

Your dedication to going above and beyond has made my stay truly exceptional. From the warm greetings at check-in to the personalized assistance throughout my visit, your attention to detail and genuine care have been remarkable. Every request was met with a smile and a swift response, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction at every turn. Your efforts have created a memorable experience that I will cherish. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi connection and to include information about the walk up the hill to reach the apartment. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for making my stay unforgettable.

A really live to stay in Taki Village. I adore this place. I consider it like my second home I will stay here every year if God willing The scenery is absolutely spectacular and the staff are so so friendly

Met many other people there that have been vacationing there every year for over 30 years! This place is a well kept secret. Can't wait to go back! Its always a huge plus to see a family run business keep the old traditions of hospitality alive!

Nice place to relax, good access and view to the lake. Appartments on a quite nice place. Keep on investing to improve quality and secure the future for your wonderful appartments and resort. An constand maintainent is neccesary.

Great hotel on Lake Garda. Lovely room with a view onto the lake. The pools and beach area are beautiful and there are plenty of sun loungers. Had a couple of lovely meals on the restaurant balcony and had plenty to drink in the bar. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. Hope to come back

we had have a very nice stay in this hotel with a wonderfull lakevieuw and the staff was very kind to us.we are coming back for sure and recommended this hotel to our family and friends. The room we had was clean with a good bed and large balcony we had the superior room.

We arrived late, the property manager waited for us. The staffs also helped with our luggage’s and made sure we knew where to park. Late at night and Taki welcome us with refreshment after our luggage’s down to our room. Big thanks for all efforts.

A top place to relax and enjoy the lake and the Italian life style. A warm and family atmosphare at a beautiful place. We have been more than 10 times at this hotel due to the beautiful few to the lake.
