Stayed here for a weekend - they require a 2-nt minimum... which is ridiculous it's Brentwood. 1. I am a gold member of HHonors - I requested a digital key gave my full name etc. the girl at the front desk was on her 2nd day with no management or any additional support to check us in. Took us over 30 min to check in because she had to literally call a manager to get 1:1 support to check us in. 2. We brought in part of our stuff the key works. We go to the car to get the rest and the key stops working. Mind you 8 months pregnant carrying stuff and there is no AC in the hallways? ***? 3. My husband went to get new keys and the front desk person says ”you deactivated them” no, no we didn't we put them on the table there is no way to have demagnetized a key from the front desk to the door... 4. we get into the room and the sink is filled with weird residue. We call the front desk to ask for assistance. The maintenance does something then it's 'fixed' and then the next day same thing occurs... not even worth it at that point to call again! Wasn't worth it. 5. my husband went to take the stairs since we were on floor 2... no need to take an elevator. BUT anyway, there was a homeless person sleeping at the exit of the door. Which is startling nonetheless, and while I understand they want a safe space to sleep, perhaps the management needs to ensure the safety of their guests? Not sure.

I would not recommend this hotel if you’re used to a good BW Hotel stay. There’s not enough staff to clean the rooms, there’s not enough staff to fix problems, the front desk is overworked and you can tell by their attitude. They use Covid as an excuse for everything. The public bathrooms were closed the entire eight days and we’re not working at all. The elevator broke and had to be fixed because there’s only one. The elevator is extremely slow and upon checking I was told that. The free breakfast was dismal. If you’re used to a hot breakfast from Best Western don’t expect it here. Several days it was bagged water and apple and a Nutri-Grain bar horrible! When it was open it was toast coffee muffins and cereal. No scrambled eggs no sausage or bacon no pancakes or waffles. If you expect your room to be cleaned every day it’s not. You have to ask in order to get your room cleaned. You also have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones, because they have a shortage of towels too. I was told this is hotel policy. The water pressure is low and also the water doesn’t get really hot in the shower. The hotel is kept very clean and the Spanish lady who does the breakfast also does the cleaning and she’s amazing! I actually felt really sorry for her because I felt she was overworked.

Antioch
This hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. the lobby gives a false sense of cleanliness and professionalism. Not a single photo on their site looks anything like the room we were given. The entire third floor smelled of cigarettes and ****. The room had burn marks throughout on the floors, walls, sheets, toilet seat, counter tops, knightstands and shutters. Shutters broken and stuck open. No curtains. All sheetrock mounting points in bathroom have been torn out and installed right next to damaged holes in walls. Mirror in bathroom broken. bed had trash in gap between head of mattress and wall. Stains in sheets and fabric chair in room Employees cleaning rooms had children with them. children that could be doing children type things and exploring your belongings. when i went outside to look up at my floor, I could see the rooms across the hall from me had windows wide open and were being smoked out of. Third story windows at a hotel with no permanent safety lock or working smoke detectors.. Fantastic. The peep hole in our door was punched out and we were left with a gaping hold in the door.

We needed to stay overnight in Antioch to be ready for a medical procedure the next day. Comfort Inn met our needs for a comfortable place to stay, close-ish to the Kaiser medical center, and with breakfast included. Here’s what we liked. Contemporary-styled room with a comfortable bed, blankets, and pillows. Very good blackout shades on the window. Easy-to-use door keycard, and adequate locks on the door. Flat-screen TV. Chaise lounger in the room. Refrigerator and coffeemaker provided. Full-length mirror in the bathroom, in addition to the well-lit vanity mirror. Ceiling fan in the bathroom (a must). Toiletries are provided. Very good breakfast with a variety of choices including waffles, mini-cheese omelets, sausage, breads and pastries, cold cereals, instant oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit (apples, oranges, bananas), coffee, and juices. The friendly front-desk staff graciously gave us later checkout when we requested. Some quirky things that weren’t a problem, but were just odd: Artwork (SF city-scapes and coastal scenes) were hung comically high on the walls. Shower door looked like it once had a barn-door-style slider section (hardware was there) but there was no slider door. Half of the glass shower wall was open to the rest of the bathroom. Bad caulking job made the upscale-style shower look cheap. Refrigerator and coffeemaker were inside the bathroom—I’ve never seen that before. Some misses that we didn’t like: The floor was not clean. It was sticky like a movie theater, and we found hairs here and there. This was so odd, since the rest of the room was so very clean! The bathroom was missing some of the baseboard. There were only 3 tissues in the box provided. The toilet was loose, not secured well to the floor. We booked this hotel thinking it would be a bit nicer than its nearby competitors. If we return, however, we will likely try one of them instead, just for comparison. It’s too bad—a little maintenance and clean floor would have made this hotel our go-to when in the area.

Not sure.
