It is very inconvenient to have no power socket next to the sink. Except for the hair dryer, there may be other small appliances that need to be used for electricity. The hair dryer or razor of the curling bar must be used for electricity. There is no conditioner for some accidents 😂
The price of the same Hanting seems to be more close to the people, because it is convenient to live here nearby. Hope business is booming

NNazzieStayed at this hotel for the second time in a month because we had an early train to catch from Nantong Railway Station. Service and room were great again. Explored their gym and laundry room which were fully stocked with whatever we needed. Will recommend to family and friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location. There is a children's playground at the door. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to take pictures. The front desk checked in quickly, the towels and bath towels were easy to use, and the air conditioning was also very powerful. I communicated with the hotel in advance and asked for two beds to be put together. We have two adults and two children. The hotel prepared it in advance. I am very satisfied

GGODBLESSThe hotel is very close to Nantong Station, only a ten-minute walk away. The location is also easy to find. The room is comfortable and spacious. Although it has an internal window, the atrium has good lighting. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the cleaning is very clean. Attached is a copy The ear-mounted coffee is pretty good, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory, making it a very suitable hotel for business travelers.

GGuest UserThe decor style is really unique, with red walls and a cozy cabin feel. I chose a lake-view room, and the view was fantastic. For us, who regularly come to Chongming for some fresh air, this was perfect. The butler was also very attentive and the service was excellent. They enthusiastically helped us with our luggage whenever we came and went. In the evening, they even brought us tremella soup. Since it was the weekend, we unexpectedly got to see a bonfire and fireworks, which really brought a festive, Chinese New Year atmosphere up close. The whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

AAnonymous UserThe first plus point was receiving a call to ask if there were any special requirements for check-in and helping to reserve a parking space. As a result, the parking space at the door was reserved, which was very convenient. I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the door. The receptionist Jiajia guided us to the front desk to check in and served us hot towels and hot tea, and also sent us to the room. The room had prepared children's toiletries and slippers as we requested on the phone, and also prepared a small toy for the children! There was a detail in the guest room that really touched me, that is, the corner of the bed was cushioned. I wonder who else can think of such meticulousness except for my family. When the guest room sister Xiuhong learned that I was going to take the children to the zoo the next day, she reminded me to pay attention to adding more clothes and brought cut carrot strips for us to take with us early the next morning. When I asked her, she hadn't even arrived at work yet. It was so warm! When I went home, I found that the car had been washed. What surprised me most about this hotel is the service. Although we encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. After we got home, we received a call from Manager Zhao asking if we arrived safely. I can feel the hotel staff's dedication. Customers are really the top priority! The children also said that they will definitely stay at Jinshi next time they go to Nantong!

KKaze LimLocation is walking distance to both home textile city and weigong market. Convenient if that's where you're heading. However, there is not much in the surrounding area at night for entertainment or food. There's a night market nearby but it was closed due to a public holiday.
The room was almost perfect for us, big and comfortable. It comes with voice activated home assistant that can control the room lights and curtain, and even call the reception. However, the biggest issue for us is that there is zero mirror in the whole big room. It's an issue for girls who need to make up. The only mirror is in the bathroom, therefore only one person is able to make up at a time. I hope that the hotel will be able to add more mirrors in the room, it is such an easy thing to do, there is lots of space for that.
Cleanliness was generally good. But the toilet paper given was not enough. Only a half roll of toilet paper was provided everyday, we have 3 pax. Hence, we need to request toilet paper every single day.
Overall good experience, will stay again.

KKenghwee TanThis is my second time staying at this hotel. Hotel is same as before - friendly and clean.
Things which need to be improved:-
(1) Variety of breakfast. Probably have to change something different one for a while then customers who are staying there for long term won’t feel boring.
(2) Card scanning in the elevator was not functioning. First time was only 1 functioning. Second time both also not functioning anymore. Gotta find somebody to repair them.
Other than that, I am quite happy staying there. Will stay again there if I were going again in the future.

GGuest UserThe noise is quite loud. The music from the Dream Island next door is loud all day long.
After checking in, the door battery was dead, and the card could not be opened. The phone was busy. I finally got through but the call was not immediate. I had to call to urge! I feel that these details should be prevented in advance, instead of letting the guests wait there. The experience is very bad. The garbage by the pool and the disposable slippers and other garbage of the previous guest. There are no disposable toothbrushes and combs, and I am too lazy to call for them. The standardization is not done well. Most of the windows cannot be opened. It feels like it has been in disrepair for a long time. The room facilities feel like they need to be renovated. After all, you can live in a five-star hotel in Nantong for 550 yuan.
The rainbow slide is too expensive at 40 yuan per time. The other amusement facilities are generally more than twice as expensive as those in the city. A green mood also costs 5 yuan. There is a bonfire party in the evening, which is ok. The barbecue outside is still good.
The music from Dream Island all day is a headache.

BBarbara R XavierThe beach is clean, with many options of toys for children. The staff is friendly all though they don’t speak English. The hotel has a big structure but it lacks some care. Lots of broken statues and buildings that don’t work anymore. The best part was the hot spring which is great for families and children.
