LLG@I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for more than one day . The location is convenient in the city center near touristic sites , stores and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well equipped. As a foreigner the person at the reception were kind and smoothly handled my registration . However, the only downside was that the invoice issued by Ctrip listed it as a travel service, which our company couldn't reimburse. Although calling Ctrip customer service resolved the issue by issuing a new invoice, it's unacceptable to spend so much time on customer service every time. It's a pity I won't be able to stay there again next time.
