Overall very good experience. Love the high ceiling lobby. Well decorated, clean and not disturbing elements in the room. Will recommended to my friends to stay here.

Clean and genuine. The business facilities are good, and you can enjoy the beautiful Danube riverside scenery without even leaving the hotel.

Great stay. We had an unexpectes upgrade. the room was spotless. The staff is superfriendly and accomodating. If we get the chance we will most definitely be back!

Terrible experience with the hotel. Our country was under attack and our flight was canceled, making it impossible for us to arrive. We asked the hotel to reschedule our vacation, but the manager refused, showing no understanding or compassion for our situation. This lack of humanity was deeply disappointing, and we are certain we will never book this hotel again.

The location is great, in the old town area, but not at the centre spot, which gives it a slightly calmer vibe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and I like that there is no carpet in the room. The bathtub had consistently hot water, it was nice. Breakfast was okay, with basic selections for this price range of hotel. The car park has a residence rate for overnight parking, but it doesn't show anywhere; you need to ask the front desk.
