Hotels near Temple of Good Will, Brasilia

The staff were very friendly and competent. Excellent breakfast. The food was good for dinner, but the restaurant's super cold air conditioning made the food very cold, making the experience a little unpleasant. A very negative point is the perfume ”machine” right at the entrance to the lobby, which made the place smell extremely fragrant and nauseating. The cleaning supplies in the rooms also had a lot of perfume, which was not good. I traveled with a friend who is very sensitive to smells and hated the experience. We will definitely not be able to stay there if we return to Brasília. Despite the positive points, it would not be an option for a future trip.

The hotel is very good. I like it very much. I'm sorry they don't make any more waffles at the time, at breakfast. It was excellent! Now they leave the buffet, it was terrible

The same hotel welcomes women who work as escorts (if you know what I mean). This business of having a company of escort girls made the environment less familiar. The service from the team is wonderful. The cleaning was a bit nasty as there were some strange drops on the sheets and a cockroach on the headboard and there was also no toilet paper or cups.

The place is in the center of Brasilia. The opposite is the mall. It is more convenient. The hotel is clean. The service attitude is also very warm. It is very warm to pay attention to whether the hotel has breakfast. It is cost-effective. It is new. Parking is a bit noisy. The bath needs to be hot and cold.

Everything was excellent, only one problem when I arrived to check in, I bought by trip trip trip room, couple bed + 1 single bed for my son, and when they entered, they said I was booked by the voucher a double, There first my son slept in a chair that turned bed, but uncomfortable, after 2 nights, they put a portable bed, because the chair bed was wet, perhaps in the room cleaning service, at the most, mainly the service by all staff was excellent.

Worst stay in Brazil. WiFi never functional, reception staff not helpful at all. got in early (0900), was told we had to wait till 1400 before check in, came back at 1400 and they said they didn't have a reservation for us... seriously??? I gave you my documents before, how is that even possible??? The reception staff basically stand at the counter just looking at their computer all day. noon, midnight, just staring at their computer never looking up to ask if you need help etc. This is the last place I would stay at in Brasilia, which is a shame because the room was good. Just everything else about this hotel lacked a lot. And no water pressure at all... took 10min just to wash soap off you in the shower because there is zero pressure at all.

We stayed for two nights / three days in Brasilia and choose the Brasilia Palace Hotel because of it’s history. it’s a Niemeyer Classic and a masterpiece. The location is supercool at the lake side - a bit outside the city, but that’s no problem at all with UBER connections to everywhere. The room design is classic, bathroom a bit dated, but clean and very good standard. Reception was very helpful to organize tours through the city Also they were giving recommendations for restaurants. We had breakfast included - big buffet at Oscar‘s the Italian Resto on side. Breakfast was ok, with a lot of choice. Overall we totally recommend to stay at the BP!

I am a frequent guest of this hotel ever since it used to be Blue Tree Park. There were several improvements over the year after they changed the hotel chain. Still there are some caveats I can highlight. I spent 3 nights at Royal Tulip for the Children's Day and Our Lady Aparecida Holiday in Brazil. I booked the luxury category room (5th floor at the end of the corridor, balcony with view to lake and the pool) While check-in the receptionist told me there were no room available as per my request. So for the 1st night I stayed in another room with view only to the lake. For the 2nd night after I insisted to be shifted to another room, they arranged in the actual room I was looking and paid for. Other two must-be-improved are the dinner option and the pool maintenance. The Herbs Restaurante as well as The Old Barr are very expensive places where there are no good selection of food, specially for kids. I had dinner at both places in 2 nights and the food was not tasty and it was very salty. So, the last thing about the pool. Unfortunately the pool was in bad condition. Apparentely missing serious and dedicated maintenance care.There was a lot of mud at the bottom of the pool, specially in the center part. My son, my wife and lot of guests were noticing a very dark and disgusting layer of mud spread all over the pool causing people to causing people to slip when they put their feet on the bottom of the pool. Overall the hotel is great, the nature surrounding is wonderful and the lake view is amazing. However these are the negative things the Hotel Managers and Leaders must look after and take care in order to improve customer experience. Thanks, Elcio M.
