This is the first and only Brasilian hotel I have stayed at. Property was clean. Room was clean. Kichenette was really nice in the room. Breakfast, included, was good. The restaurant was also very nice. Room layout was good. Mattress less than average for business hotels. The issues that lowered the score and made this unacceptable were: 1) Internet was intermittent and unusable in the evenings. Completely out for hours on other days. Seemed to be a load issue. For me internet is more important than electricity for light. Other minor things. 2) sink backed up. - Not corrected for the 5 days I was there. 3) Colleague was given a room that was cigar contaminated - had to switch rooms. 4) Hot water was not hot. 5) I used a coffee capsule for the Keurig style (nice) coffee. Was not replaced for 4 days. 6) The desk staff did not speak English, French, German or Chinese, my only working languages. I can't recommend a hotel without reliable internet for business. I also noted that the room electricity was mandatory cut when the guest leaves the room. I had left my laptop on which had the result of running the battery dead. If there was a live plug to recharge laptop, etc. when the guest is in the room, it should be more clearly identified.

Clean and modern hotel rooms; wifi works very well. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served on the top floor by friendly staff. Food quality is neither top nor flop. The attached gym is more pleasant than in most hotels.

I booked the hotel for 8 nights because it was very good in the past!! We stayed 2 days without bath gel, they put in our room cut towels. There is no personal hygiene kit(at least not in our room...) Breakfast is well varied but the food is quick because the air conditioning is connected to the maximum and it is not possible to stay in the place for a long time. I made a request for a mini-anniversary cake in the booking as it was my boyfriend's anniversary, the cake was promised but nothing was delivered to us on the combined day! The bathroom banalo is charged a minimum consumption of 300 reals from Friday to Sunday even You are hosted and nobody warns you in the booking act!!! Positive points: Concierge and front desk team very receptive and attentive!! They deserve 5 stars!!!

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the explanation of the tribe, there are comfortable beds in the room, I think the service of the hotel is not satisfied, people do not treat you, and do not even greet you when you enter the hotel. The breakfast is good for some choices, but the people are not friendly.

As an official advisor to Pabllo Lopes and Munhoz, I come on behalf of the entire team to thank everyone at this wonderful hotel, especially Aryanne (Commercial Manager), who went to great lengths to make the agroboys' stay the most memorable of all, know that WE'RE LOVED WITH THE MIMOS. “We were very happy with the reception at this lovely place. Everything prepared with care, dedication and love. We were delighted with the treats, like the bucket of drinks in the room, the hygiene items, the impeccable tidiness, the care for the fans, the facilitation for our recordings, the best concierge service in the world, we don't need to run after any contact , Aryanne had them all, everything wonderful. We will be back for sure. We thank you very much. ”Gratitude to all of you !!! Reception staff you went beyond our expectations, in particular the Receptionist José Luiz with all his cordiality and his way of being, managed to calm the fans and avoided a great turmoil in the Hotel, Thank you José Luiz !!!

This is quite a big hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with balcony. Helpfull and friendly staff. Great location - easy walk to a nearby shopping mall, as well as many of Brasilia's sights. Extremely good value for money - so much that when I booked I thought there was some kind of error in price and at the same time I feared that the property would not be as listed. BUT everything was perfect at the end and I had a very pleasant stay. I recommend!
