Old rooms, towels are too old for the level of the hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and nice balcony view. Female staff was great but male staff were quite rude.

Overall, a nice and tasteful hotel with a good breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and pleasant. They were just a little overzealous when it came to clearing away the breakfast dishes. Real criticism: One of my curtains was stuck or caught in the curtain rail. I reported this to reception. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed by housekeeping in the days that followed. It's worth mentioning: The hotel has a panoramic lift on the outside facade.

The receptionist Luana was very attentive. The view from the room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable.

High-end hotels cannot afford to give up on amenities; they are following commercial hotel standards. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, hot food table, needs to improve in terms of care when preparing dishes, pancakes, tapioca, eggs, etc. Very dry bread. Fruits and items from the ricottas are impeccable.

I loved the experience! The room was clean and well tidy, without that closed smell as soon as you enter, you know? The impression was that he was careful in there before we even entered. The breakfast had several options, the restaurant staff were all very polite and were always replacing the items before they even ran out. I discovered the hotel on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn't be more satisfied! I hope to be able to return soon.
