Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing

Was it a good stay yes, was it worth the price not really , beds were on the floor , no balcony just average

The hotel was very convenient for our stay, but the beds were definitely not great, and the pillows were right there too…

The pictures made the property look nicer than it actually was. Also, it rained as was expected due to a storm. I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling. I made them aware of this again and that no one had contacted to me to check on me before checking out with nothing offered from management.

The room was updated and clean. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was terrible. No water pressure. Huge shower with very small shower head that barely got you wet. Worst shower in a hotel for my experiences. Staff was friendly but the hotel was hosting a multiple High School event so it was packed with kids and there was NOT enough staff to support helping those Not part of the school event. We waited 2 hrs for additional towels and one blanket. If you called the customer service extension, it just rang and rang with no answer. The hotel also did not advertise that this event was happening this weekend, so there was no knowing for us ahead of time to change dates or location. Overall nice hotel. They need better showers and they need to staff accordingly for large events so guests, not part of the event, don’t feel like they are coming second to the event goers.

The entry to garage could be better...it should be easier to go straight from hotel to garage without going outside and around

Bed didn’t have a cover on the box springs, they were bare, kinda gross to see honestly. Door lock had dried gunk on it and window blind would go up or down.

Staff were excellent especially valet and bell hop attendants! I wished the bathroom (shower) would have been cleaner. Other than that, the hotel was nicely appointed and close to a lot of great stores and eateries.

Staff was friendly! Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Had a great view overlooking the fountains at the Landing.
