The staff were very friendly and resourceful, the room was very clean, breakfast was great, the kids loved the pool!

The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. Pool was nice and breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillow were hard so I asked Amanda if they had any softer pillows and she kindly got me some soft pillows....breakfast staff was super nice and worked very hard...I would stay there again

Clean room. Large breakfast area. Great breakfast options. Hot tub was clean. Pool was a nice size. Great location. McDonalds WalmArt Subway close by. Aquarium behind building. Child friendly. Quiet facility. Will stay again.

AC fan was scraping and noisy all night. Asked the front staff to check it out. They never did. Room was otherwise ok but not easy to sleep with a squealing ac system. They only clean the rooms every third day which was fine for us but something to consider.

Great stay! Perfect location, clean room, comfortable beds, more than enough room supplies (towels, soap, etc) for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was excellent, staff was wonderful! Check-in/out with Amanda was quick and informative - she was great with our special needs kiddo! An all-around fantastic experience! Thank you!

Clean room. The staff on site was friendly. I felt as thought they needed more help at the front desk.

Room was not clean; They upgraded us to another room and it was dirty. Very disappointed! An employee walked in on us while we were getting an hour before checkout. I had pictures to verify and talked to the front desk guy. He came down and took pictures. The manager was supposed to call me, He didn’t call so when we checked out, I found him, emailed my pictures and he was going to talk to his boss to get a refund. - I believe they gave me a 20% discount but that was definitely not enough. Very disappointing. 1st room had other peoples hair in the bed when pulled the cover back. 2nd room had black stuff coming out of the jets in the jacuzzi in the room and who knows what on the bathroom counter. I went to Walmart and bought Lysol wipes to clean myself. Will not return for sure! Very disappointed!

Breakfast was fresh. Staff friendly. Staff kept area clean and wiped counters down frequently during breakfast. Check in and check out staff were very polite and friendly. Bed were comfy and the sheets were veey soft.
