The hotel's location is super convenient. You can easily hail a taxi to Zhujiang New Town, Canton Tower, Ersha Island, and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Plus, you can walk to explore the authentic old Guangzhou residential areas or head to Wanda Plaza, which has a fantastic selection of dining and shopping options. (Just a heads-up, when crossing a pedestrian bridge, you might encounter a group of rather aggressive moped drivers in helmets trying to solicit rides – just ignore them.)

This is our third year booking this hotel apartment. We book the same room type every year because it's spacious enough for our three large suitcases. This time, however, we were inexplicably assigned a super small suite. When we spoke to the hotel, we were told all suites of that type were the same, even though Ctrip listed the room size as 58 square meters. They claimed they 'sell them interchangeably'. We asked for the room type we always stay in, but were told it was unavailable. However, after complaining to Ctrip, the hotel miraculously found an available room for us.

I've attached the floor plan for our level, which includes room sizes. According to this plan, the first room we got was only 50 square meters, and even the slightly larger one we switched to was just over 54 square meters – nowhere near the 58 square meters the hotel advertises on Ctrip. This hotel is engaging in false advertising.

Furthermore, we stayed on a non-smoking floor, but many guests on that floor were smoking. The smoke even seeped into our room through the air conditioning system, yet the hotel's smoke alarms didn't react at all. Every morning, when the cleaning staff opened other room doors to tidy up, the entire floor was filled with a strong smell of smoke. Is your hotel's non-smoking floor just for show?

Over the years, the hotel apartment's facilities have visibly aged, and many areas are poorly maintained. Housekeeping is also subpar, with many neglected spots, especially in the bathrooms.

All in all, we were very disappointed with this hotel apartment after this stay. Its service quality has significantly declined. If there are no improvements, we likely won't choose this place again in the future.

The apartment is very spacious. Main room has ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Toilet with electronic bidet seat. Second bedroom has a super single bed, we paid for an extra bed. Second toilet in kitchen is clean. Well equipped kitchen. There is washing machine and dryer as well. Just that the carpet is a bit worn out and initially there is a weird smell upon entering the apartment but after opening the windows & airing the place, all is good. Aircon and shower works well. Overall is great for us. There are security at lobby which is great. Staff are friendly and professional. Location is great. Steps away from VT101, walking distance to Grand View mall, many shopping malls and metro station.

Booked a two-bedroom deluxe, and the room was incredibly spacious! On ***** New Year's Eve, I ordered dumplings and asked the staff to put them in the fridge for me beforehand. The room was super convenient, with two bathrooms so we could shower simultaneously, plus a washer and dryer – perfect for washing all our clothes after several days of fun. The kitchen facilities were incredibly comprehensive. We arrived around 6 PM on New Year's Eve, asking for this and that, and the hotel staff were exceptionally patient and quick to deliver. Water was also replenished daily. The most crucial point: parking is FREE!!!! The location is superb, right near Coco Park. We'd eat dinner, come back for a nap, and then continue exploring in the afternoon. Highly recommend; I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, situated in a tranquil commercial area. It boasts a nearby mall that offers a variety of coffee shops and essential restaurants, making dining options readily accessible.

The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and hygienic, with effective air conditioning that kept the space comfortably cool. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a bath tub, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

While there is an open kitchen available, it's important to note that it lacks pots and cutlery. It seems to be more suited for long-term guests in the apartments, who may have those amenities provided.

Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary access to the gym, which is another great perk of the hotel. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay.

This is located in a quieter part of District 1. On the one hand, it's less lively than more central locales, like say the Banh Thanh area, but there is less motor traffic, more relaxing, and it gives you better sleep. It would be ideal for families with younger children. There are obviously fewer options for shopping and fancy/international food in the immediate vicinity, but there are enough local street food outlets within short walking distance. There are also two cafes and a small convenience store attached to the hotel. There is a better-than-average swimming pool for those, like me, who prefer to do laps in the water rather than on a treadmill. That said, the gym is well-equipped, and the equipment looked newish and well-maintained. The staff are well-trained and very friendly; those working at the front desk and gym counter spoke very good English. I get the impression that many expats stay in the building. The building has an off-street main entrance, so getting on and off a grab-ride would be out of traffic, easy & safe.

It was our first ever trip to Vietnam and it was amazing city saigon. Although the language was an issue at the start wr managed to try to connect mostly with eveyrone. The staff at the hotel were beyond amazing in their service and gestures. They even surprised my mum with a doorstep cake for her birthday! KUDOS TO THE RECEPTION TEAM AND BRYAN WHO WAS SO CALM AND PATIENT IN EXPLAINING AND HELPING US OUT. 🥰😊

Will definitely recommend people to stay here! Rooms were spacious and views was not too bad if higher floors 😍
