Ascott Thonglor Bangkok has become my reliable choice when traveling. I first stayed for a week last September and returned again in late November this year, and each time felt like coming home. The staff's warmth and meticulousness were consistently excellent; every smile from check-in to check-out conveyed genuine care.

The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, with a good balance of Thai and Western flavors, always starting the day deliciously. What touched me most was that the hotel noticed it was my birthday. Not only was my room decorated, but even the floor and central areas had warm greeting cards, and they thoughtfully presented a birthday cake—this level of unexpected attention made my trip abroad filled with warmth and pleasant surprises.

Whether for an extended stay or a short visit, this place offers a comfortable, home-like experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends visiting Bangkok.

It’s my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and although there were a few hiccups this round, overall it was still a pleasant and enjoyable experience!
The hotel staff remain as welcoming and helpful as ever. I’m absolutely obsessed with the TAO BIN beverage vending machine at the lobby!
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer, as well as a microwave — perfect for daily convenience. However, we did encounter an issue with the dryer during our stay. The maintenance technician spoke little to no English, which made communication quite challenging, and we weren’t entirely confident that he knew how to resolve the issue.

Thankfully, the front desk care team quickly stepped in and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room within 20 minutes. They spoke good English, were patient, and handled the situation very professionally.

Once we moved to the Executive Two-Bedroom Serviced Residence, everything worked perfectly, and the rest of our stay was smooth and comfortable.
Despite the minor inconvenience, the staff’s responsiveness and warm service made our stay a great one overall.

Beautiful hotel in the lively area of Sukhumvit. Great amenities and incredible view from the restaurant and bar at the top. Room was exactly as photographed, clean and to a great standard. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the lovely, helpful staff

Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. I needed a late check-out and they recommended joining the membership which allowed it, super thoughtful! The room was clean, spacious, and had great natural light. The bed was comfy, aircon worked well (and didn’t trigger my sinus), and the bathroom was spotless with a bidet and nice-smelling toiletries.

Some appliances like the hair dryer and weighing scale were a bit outdated, and the towels were slightly rough, but everything else worked great including the washing machine and microwave. Breakfast was a small spread but everything was tasty. The infinity pool offers a beautiful sunset view (I didn’t swim but it looked great).

They also provide free tuk-tuk shuttles to the nearby BTS. Location wise, Thonglor is perfect with plenty of food and massage spots around. Housekeeping was exceptional. They even folded my clothes and returned forgotten items on my last day.

Perfect for families, business trips, or long stays. Quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Only suggestion would be to add an anti-slip mat for the bathtub. Overall, a really pleasant stay!

Hygiene: Spotlessly clean and no unpleasant odors, making for a comfortable stay.
Environment: Large and well-equipped with amenities.
Service: Very patient service; housekeeping and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly.
I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Bangkok.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Bangkok!

I had a wonderful experience at Somerset Maison Asoke Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — close to public transport, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and washing machine.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop pool and gym are fantastic spots to relax after exploring the city. It really felt like a home away from home.

Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

International hotel standards in Hanoi. Its a tad off from the old quarters but situated in between the old and French quarters.

This hotel was absolutely unreal. From the moment we arrived, we were approached with polite and kind attitudes not the staff, offered a medicinal tea during our wait and patiently assisted in locating am ATM to retrieve cash for a deposit. Every instance of our arrival and departure from the hotel for our day to day activities followed by polite greetings from the front desk staff.

The view was beautiful, and the service apartment came supplied with several household objects including cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It was also equipped with a microwave which was very convenient.

The location which just a 15-20 minute drive from Old Quarter, and still convenient enough for exploring by walking. There were several authentic shops and restaurants nearby which made for easy access to great meals and snacks during daily activities. I would highly recommend a stay with this hotel.

The location is a little far from the Old Quarter, but it was a great stay. The staff was wonderful. They were super sweet, leaving me a cake in the fridge for my birthday. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Hanoi.

Guangzhou Ascott Hotel has an excellent location and attentive service. The front desk is efficient, the rooms are spacious and clean, and both the fitness center and restaurant offer a great experience. It's comfortable for both business trips and family stays. Highly recommended!

This is my third time staying here! I chose it again for my postgraduate entrance exam because it's the closest hotel to the test center. This visit was by far the best and most impactful of my three stays. The room type I booked through the platform was fully taken by other exam candidates, so they upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite with a separate living area. The chaise lounge sofa was incredibly comfortable to sleep on! Most importantly, the room had excellent amenities for studying – a desk and a desk lamp were all there! The black and white photos of Guangzhou landmarks like Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Poly Intercontinental Hotel, and Poly Tianmu Plaza hanging on the wall added a touch of elegant artistic flair! What's more, the staff's service and demeanor were, as always, excellent. Chatting with them in Cantonese felt so friendly and avoided any awkward small talk; it was truly superb! Big thumbs up! I'll definitely return if I need to. Finally, I wish the hotel continued prosperity, booming business, and a flourishing future! And a happy New Year and swift success to the hotel in advance!!!

Great location with plenty of local snacks nearby. The service was quite good, even during the National Day holiday, and the surroundings were very quiet. The only downside was that the shower area in the two-bedroom guest bathroom was a bit small and didn't have a wet/dry separation.
