The biggest downside is that the room is quite outdated. The elevator is very slow, and there are 6 floors above ground. The room size is decent. The hotel is conveniently located right by a shopping center entrance from the subway exit; you take the elevator on the right up to the 2nd floor. It's very easy to get around.

Pigeons land on the windowsill in the morning. Breakfast is good too, served from 6:30-10:30 on weekdays and 7:00-11:00 on weekends. The service attitude is also very good. I stayed for 4 consecutive days, and the deposit was 30 pounds.

The room doesn't come with a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental cups, or disposable slippers, so you need to bring your own. There are two regular glasses and two water glasses, which worked fine as dental cups. There's no fridge or minibar with snacks, but you get two bottles of water daily, along with tea bags and instant coffee, which feels a bit cheap.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in London for business. Given how expensive London can be, it's quite a large property, and the price definitely fits within our company's overseas expense policy. It's conveniently located, just a five to six-minute walk from the nearest tube station. The rooms are quite spacious for London standards, though they don't compare to a Hilton in China. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, although the bathroom is on the smaller side. The front desk staff are really friendly, and there's a lovely festive atmosphere during the Christmas season. They also provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water daily.

Service was great , staff are friendly and helpful . They don't have a swimming pool so its more of a business hotel than family .. Breakfast is the same every day , the usual , but its always crowded and noisy .. not spacious.. the varieties are not much but the food is generally ok. MY room was cosy , carpets can be cleaner it was just below a level along the corridor and sound proofing is not fantastic , you can hear people talking and walking. The lifts are very slow in the morning , its better to just walk down ... that's my biggest complain.
the best thing is the location, there are many supermarket convenience store , sainbury in a short walk  ,so easy to buy food stuff.. its not in the middle of kensington but its near kensington high street station.

Pro tip: Next time, label it ‘Hilton Microsuite&’ and charge extra for oxygen.”

I arrived at London Heathrow on a late flight. From there, I took the Heathrow Express directly to Paddington Station, followed by about a 15-minute walk to the hotel (or just a single Tube stop). The hotel boasts a very central location with excellent transport links. The Edgware Road station for the Bakerloo line is directly opposite, and just a two-minute walk further provides access to the Circle and District lines.

The lobby decor was of a good 4-star standard, but the rooms felt more like a 3-star, and the shower cubicle was particularly cramped. During my 6-day stay, I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, but a very kind curly-haired lady at the front desk assigned me a room with a fantastic view, offering magnificent panoramas of the London skyline. The daily breakfast was extensive and offered a wide variety of choices.

Overall, it's a safe, convenient, and recommendable hotel.

Room: Double family room, very spacious and comfortable. We could easily open three suitcases. The bathroom was also very large.
Cleanliness: Cleaned promptly every day.
Minibar: Restocked regularly with a good variety of complimentary drinks.
Breakfast: Offered Chinese options like congee and oatmeal, as well as a traditional English breakfast. The coffee was rich, and there was a great selection of fresh, soft bread. While the overall variety wasn't extensive, there was certainly enough to fill you up.
Surroundings: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Tate Modern and St Paul's Cathedral are within walking distance.

The hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming. The room prices are very reasonable! Gained more than one comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as worldly fireworks.

The central part of the hotel is filled with light and space. Great when you are in the restaurant.
Rooms are clean, spacious, quality sheets and pillow.
The staff is available and very nice. I had an issue with my shower and it was sorted asap. 
Plus of course the proximity of Heathrow T4, with a fully covered passage to go to terminal.

The staff at Warldorf Hilton London are exceptional. The hotel is beautiful.  Comfortable bed. Perfect temperature.  Spotlessly clean. The friendly offer of a glass of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend the hotel and return to it again.

The only issue we had was that we booked a family room through a third party (Trip.com) while looking for somewhere for 2 adults and 1 u18 to stay for the weekend.  

Trip offered a bigger ”Family room”, with a view of 2 beds side by side, one being a sofa bed/large rollaway.
 
This was not the room available on arrival. We had a large double bed only.  They kindly brought a single rollaway in to accommodate us. However, it was a smaller room, and they had no larger available. 

They were as surprised as us as Trip.com did not forward a ”Family” booking, even though I listed the 2 adults and the age of the child.

The hotel boasts a good location, right next to Hyde Park, making it convenient to get around (though I felt this was its only strong point). I noticed a significant number of guests were from the Middle East.

On the day of check-in, I arrived at Heathrow on an early morning flight. By the time I took a taxi to the hotel, it was only 9 AM, and I was extremely tired from jet lag. Thankfully, the front desk allowed us to check in early and assigned us a room. However, it was a corner room on the fifth floor, with a noisy rooftop fan from a neighboring building constantly whirring outside the window. Despite staying for three nights, we weren't offered a room upgrade. It felt a bit like discrimination against Chinese guests, but I was too exhausted to bother asking for a room change. Even with a Ctrip booking, any 'diamond' (elite) status seemed to make no difference; we didn't receive any special advantages during check-in.

The room was small; one suitcase fit on the luggage rack, but the other had to be placed on the windowsill. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; any noise outside the door was clearly audible. I was woken up at 1 AM by some noisy Middle Eastern children from the room opposite. They were constantly opening and closing their door and speaking loudly in the hallway, with no intervention from their parents. Eventually, I assume other guests complained, as hotel staff knocked on their door to address the issue. I heard the entire process unfold...

As a frequent business traveler, my stay at the Hilton Shanghai City Center far exceeded expectations, perfectly meeting the core needs of business professionals for efficiency and comfort.

📍 Impeccable Central Location
The hotel's absolute prime city center location was the biggest highlight for me. It offers seamless connectivity to Metro Line X, with direct access from the station. Reaching major business districts like Lujiazui and People's Square takes less than 20 minutes by car. For a schedule packed with meetings, this saved a significant amount of commute time.

🏨 Room: A Balance of Efficiency and Comfort
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room. The room size was moderate, and the layout was well-designed, showcasing the Hilton brand's consistent business aesthetic.

· Work-Friendly: The spacious desk, ergonomic chair, and multi-interface international power outlets were a great convenience for late-night work sessions.
· Quality in Details: The mattress was firm yet comfortable, providing excellent support for a high-quality sleep. The rainforest shower in the bathroom had strong water pressure, quickly washing away fatigue. The free Wi-Fi was incredibly fast, with no lag during video conferences.
· View Bonus: The city skyline night view from my room was stunning, especially beautiful in the evenings.

🍽 Dining and Facilities
· Breakfast: The variety was extensive, offering both quick Western pastries and freshly prepared local noodle dishes, catering to both Western and Chinese preferences. The juices were freshly squeezed, and the quality was excellent.
· Gym: The equipment was professional and well-maintained. It wasn't crowded in the evening, making for a great workout experience.

On this business trip to Shanghai, I chose to stay at the Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao, and it exceeded my expectations! The lobby has a wonderful, subtle scent and is very quiet. The hygiene is impeccable with no unpleasant odors, and the facilities are modern, making it convenient for both work and charging devices. The location is close to Gubei No. 1. Sara was incredibly thoughtful; she processed my check-in and extension quickly and even sent a fruit platter. The experience was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be back!

The room was spotless, with a sleek and modern tech-savvy design. For aviation enthusiasts, it was a real treat watching the planes on the tarmac. I even checked out the gym this time, and seeing the lights of cars coming and going at Hongqiao Airport through the glass curtain wall at night was a truly unique experience. A big thank you to the front desk staff for their warm, thoughtful, and attentive service! I'm definitely planning to stay here again and again (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎).

I stayed here during the CIIE (China International Import Expo). The room was very close to the airport, and there was even a shuttle bus for the Expo that picked us up right at the entrance, which was super convenient. The room amenities were high-end and very comfortable. The price was also reasonable.

I love this hotel. From the moment of arrival to our departure, all the staff we’ve met have been very welcoming and helpful rendering excellent customer service. The room is very spacious and clean. The bath tub is just perfect. The view of the submerged cultural relic museum is fascinating and the sunflower fields along the way is beautiful. The inclusion of the Photography package is truly fun and worthwhile.

Excellent service, they are quick to respond and very helpful. We changed to a villa coz we have a dog with us. The room that we stayed though had a really strong smell that triggered sinuses, they gave us a machine but it did not help at all. We have to open the sliding door the whole time to minimize the smell and to have air circulation. Few cobwebs and some bugs in the room, a thorough cleaning will solve this issue. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the city center and have a great relaxing time with the family. Awesome facilities! We enjoyed the outdoor pool so much and the green field for your fur baby to walk around.   Very thoughtful service if you have a fur baby with you, they provide a bed, blanket and some toys, and accessible poop bags everywhere 🐶.  A great place to stay and have a relaxing time with the family.

Great location, many restaurants and coffee places nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the lady at the breakfast buffet for her help and kindness. 
However, my room had a couple of issues that need to be fixed. When I first went in, I kept hearing some beeping noise, which came from the motion detector, so had to have a technician come in to switch it off. Then in the bathroom, I didn't have hot water in the sink for the first day, and then on the second day only hot water and then the next day no hot water.... The left faucet was impossible to turn.  Apart from the room itself, was overall satisfied of the building and other facilities.

I can't say I stay in a proper Hotel. This hotel holds the name of the Hilton but it was a terrible experience. The first problem is the bathroom. Shower equipment was broken, it was very hard to maintain the water temperature and pressure. The design of the bathtubs-shower combination was horrible. You need to step up into the bath tube and it is so dangerous. The breakfast was very good but the coffee and tea were terrific. A good hotel can't buy an automatic espresso machine. They were serving low quality instant coffee. And I couldn't even drink a proper Turkish tea. Location is not bad and the city view was avarage.

I booked non smoking room, however it was the room for smokers with bad smell inside. I wanted to open the window for fresh air, but air conditioners were just outside the window and the noise was annoying. I was asked to pay 100usd deposit only with credit card or cash. I had neither credit card nor cash. So hotel representative came to my room and took everything out from minibar. I checked in at 2 am and had to wake up at 7, so I had no desire to argue or change the room.

Room 502. Be aware

The hotel is really old. Has it not been the location, I would probably be hesitating to stay here. Our initial room assigned was on level 1 facing the entrance and near the elevator (what could be worse).
We then requested the 6 they put us on the best room on level 7 facing the Bosporus River way away from the elevator, but needed to pay the difference.  With some bargaining and discussion, I managed to cut the payment to half thanks to the super nice check-in staff.
This room was like heaven compared to the initial one.

My  trip changed my mind about the neighbourhood I thought was my favourite in Istanbul because of the weekend we spent with my family in Hilton Bakirkoy Thank you for the experience

The house is very clean. It is directly connected to Istanbul Shopping Center. The hotel customer service is very polite and enthusiastic. The house is also very big. The dishes ordered in the room are super delicious and not expensive. I will stay here again next time I come.
