The hotel environment is really nice, and the staff are very friendly. The room offers great views of the Qiantang River, and there's a riverside promenade right downstairs. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, making it easy to grab anything you need. Plus, there's a barbecue restaurant downstairs perfect for late-night snacks. To get to other attractions, you can hop on Metro Line 6, which is just a few minutes' walk away.

This hotel could be considered a landmark in Xiaoshan, with its golden spire visible from trains and elevated highways.

It's very popular with families and children, offering a swimming pool and a kids' club (pay once, and you can access it throughout your stay).

The hotel also provides convenient shuttle services to Kaiyuan Senbo Resort and Kaiyuan Xiaoshan Hotel.

My only confusion was that I booked two deluxe rooms for three consecutive days: one a twin room on the 28th floor, and the other a king room on the 37th floor. I'm not sure why the mini-bar and fruit amenities differed – the king room got them daily, while the twin room had nothing. Even the toiletries in the rooms were different.

Overall, I'm still satisfied. The concierge desk offers wheelchairs for free with a deposit, which really helped me out in a pinch.

We purchased a package at Hangzhou Boaokaiyuan Mingdu, and it was fantastic. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. The front desk staff, Wang Kai, was incredibly patient and explained how to use the smart door lock and the hotel app. We even received a room upgrade and complimentary fruit. Overlooking the tall buildings and distant mountains from our window was very pleasant. However, the bathroom sink faucets and toilet weren't smart, and the room's air conditioning was stuck at 26℃, which felt a bit warm given the rising temperatures in Hangzhou, and we couldn't adjust it. But thankfully, the delicious food and the lobby environment kept us in good spirits. When we chose the package, we also mentioned it was a family member's birthday during the buffet dinner, and they reserved a table for us and even decorated the area with balloons, which we absolutely loved. Thank you! This experience was very affordable and offered great value for money.

Clean, english speaking stuff (uncommon in China), five star hotel for four star price, breakfast is good, non tourist location, but nice infrastructure (my opinion as a experienced traveler)

The room was sent with welcome fruit 👏. The room and facilities were very good. The price was very reasonable. It is recommended to improve the ventilation of the room, which is a bit stuffy. I would like to praise Xiao Qiong at the front desk for helping me arrange a room on the inside, which is also relatively quiet. The hotel is very good

Close to the Grand Canal, there is a beautiful sports park downstairs, convenient transportation, clean and tidy, rich breakfast variety

I searched for hotels for a concert and finally settled on Kaiyuan. From Hangzhou East, I took Line 6 to Olympic Sports Center Station. After exiting from Gate A, it was just a short walk of a few hundred meters to the hotel. The hotel is incredibly close to the Big Lotus Stadium. My booked room didn't include breakfast, but I bought it separately through a group deal on Dianping, which was great value. I also connected with the hotel's concierge via WeChat, and their service was excellent. They even gave me a canvas tote bag for the concert.

The receptionist, Xiao Zhou, was proactive, enthusiastic, and had a friendly smile. She was efficient, had a good attitude, and provided excellent smiling service. She was warm and polite, and I was very satisfied with the room she arranged for me.

This hotel experience truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the front desk attendant was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient, and she patiently answered all our questions. Seeing that we had a child with us, she even thoughtfully offered a small toy. The room was clean, tidy, and had great natural light. The bedding was comfortable, allowing for a truly restful stay. They also provided separate toiletries and slippers for the child, showing great attention to detail. The hotel environment is quiet, and the facilities are comprehensive, making it convenient for getting around. Whether it was the service attitude, the cleanliness, or the overall experience, everything was impeccable, and it offered fantastic value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

- The front desk reception is very efficient, the check-in procedure was completed in 3 minutes, and they took the initiative to help carry the luggage to the room
- The room service responded quickly
- Parent-child care is in place: children's slippers + toothbrush sets are provided proactively
- The swimming pool is open until 9 o'clock, and the environment is good

- The buffet breakfast is rich, and the wild bamboo shoot soup base is fresh and eyebrow-dropping
- After communicating with the hotel, a children's breakfast was sent, which is very considerate

Ningbo was the sixth stop on our self-drive tour of nine cities in Zhejiang, and we stayed at the Ningbo Zhongdu New Century Grand Hotel, which we were very satisfied with overall. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the south square of Ningbo Railway Station. For those traveling by car, the hotel boasts a huge free underground parking lot, making parking very convenient, especially for self-driving trips. The hotel lobby has a dignified and grand business style, and the front desk service was warm and efficient. We even received fresh fruit upon check-in. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were well-equipped. The hygiene was impeccable; the room was neat and meticulous, making for a truly reassuring and comfortable stay. Overall, from its convenient location and comfortable rooms to its excellent hygiene management, the comprehensive performance was quite satisfying. It's a perfect stopover point for self-driving tours in Ningbo.

Pushing open the heavy wooden door, warm light spills over the light grey carpet, falling onto the beige sofa by the window. The floor-to-ceiling window frames the entire cityscape at dusk like an oil painting, and the evening breeze rustles the sheer curtains, carrying the faint scent of plane trees from the street below. A small bottled mineral water and an aromatherapy diffuser sit on the ivory vanity, and the bone china tea set steams gently; every detail exudes thoughtful warmth. The faint sound of a piano drifts from the end of the hallway, mingling with the soft hum of traffic outside, which paradoxically makes the room feel even more tranquil.  Shedding the dust of travel, I lean back against the headboard, the soft pillow perfectly cradling my tired shoulders and neck. No need to rush the itinerary, no need for polite small talk; in this moment, this small space is my own private world. It's more than just a temporary stop on a journey; it's a gentle haven that helps you slow down the pace of life and embrace all your weariness.

Excellent choice in many ways from the location to the views to the swimming pool and breakfast… The only small hitches were the smokers (possibly encouraged by the ashtrays in the rooms and by the lifts) and the pool’s limited  opening hours (a nuisance made even worse by the pool being at some point completely taken over by 20 children having a swimming lesson with three instructors and a million toys which made it impossible for any guest to even squeeze in)😯

The hotel I stayed at this time was really comfortable. The service and attention to detail were very thoughtful. The receptionist was especially welcoming and even helped us plan our route around the area. Check-out was also smooth, and they even gave us a gift bag. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including porridge, steamed buns, and eggs, which was very satisfying. The room and bathroom were spotless, making me feel very safe and secure. We drove here, and the free parking was convenient. The basement entrance was also easy to find, making it convenient to go out for a stroll at night. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Zhenhai!

Facilities: The rooms and public areas are quite old and almost ready for renovation. However, the pool changing rooms, which seemed to have been renovated, were surprisingly bright and clean. We weren't planning on swimming, but the water quality seemed good, so we let our child play for a bit.

Environment: The scenery of Siming Lake was beautiful on a sunny day.

Service: Very good, attentive and enthusiastic; the staff were all very friendly and lovely.

The local cuisine restaurant was delicious and great value for money.

There was a small electric heater in the room, and the bamboo basket contained tea leaves, so the room smelled of tea – quite unique.

The fireworks show at 6:30 pm during the Spring Festival was beautiful and extravagant!

I have to complain about the room menu; it was translated by some amateur team, full of errors – a short page riddled with mistakes and utterly unacceptable.

I recently stayed and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful little touches in the room, everything was well managed and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. 
Breakfast offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious.

This newly opened hotel boasts new facilities, excellent afternoon tea, and excellent service, including a complimentary fruit and drink. The hearty dry noodle breakfast received widespread praise, along with the complete children's dining set. The children's playground was a highlight, and our two children had a blast.

The downsides were the unstable water pressure on the 9th floor, with the shower running hot and cold. The front desk was a bit indifferent and lacked the attitude or ability to resolve the issue. We and our children were moved around three different rooms of the same category before Manager Lin finally upgraded us to the 15th floor, where we finally had a hot shower. Thank you to her and the young man who helped us with our luggage.

The service was a bit lacking in initiative. The welcome fruit included in the set menu wasn't there initially, and the children's toiletries were missing; guests had to request them. There was also a slight decorating smell, which we hope will be improved.

We stayed at the hotel for leisure, then drove to Yixing, which was about a twenty-minute drive, so the round trip was acceptable. The main draw was that it was less crowded and more comfortable. The hotel's facilities and services were excellent, it looked good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. I have one small suggestion: it would be great if they could air out the room by opening the windows before check-in. When we opened the door, there was a strong smell of renovation, and the elevator also had a slight odor, probably because it's a new hotel. Also, the surrounding area is quite undeveloped, with limited food options and no delivery services.
