Hotel was in great spot for what we were there for looks like they are renovating so there were some random things like a wire from the mirror was out and and looked like they might of drilled something into the wall and did not clean up the left over dust in bathroom the fire alarm went off in the morning which was unpleasant but our floor kinda smelt like someone was “vaping” so that could of been the problem also the key cards did not open any of the side doors to get in to the building… but the Breakfast was great and the location was perfect

When we tried to check in their system was down. Despite being able to show them our confirmation and that our room was paid for, we could not check in. The system was down until about 1:30 am so we had to pay to stay elsewhere. We went back the next day and reinstated our reservation but then had to pay another $98 for some reason (in addition to the 2 nights we had already paid for).

Check in and staff were good. Hotel updates are done very poorly. Online pictures do not reflect the actual condition of hotel.

Cleanliness, available for one night was needed due to a Doctor appointment and needed to spend the night. Not sure and I did not ask why, but in the dining area there is a bench, and I am not sure if the person sleeping on it was homeless or not but felt the employees should have had him removed as it appeared he might very well be homeless.

Holiday Inn Express is our choice of stay and this location highlights the qualities of management concerned with details.
We typically use airbnb but that changes today!
This Holiday Inn Express exemplifies a quality stay, with ALL the amenities needed for a very comfortable trip.
We highly recommend this lor comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and quality of this hotel and their highly attentive staff.

It was overall a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I did not like that there was a $250 deposit. I expect it to have some kind of a deposit but not that much. It caught me off guard and wasn’t listed on the site and my funds were limited for my stay.

at the beginning I thought it will be another run down franchisee hotel, but as soon as I get inside the impression was kind of breathtaking. From the lobby and up the Hotel looks impeccable, super clean, updated, corridor rugs like new. The room also on mint conditions. The treatment by Dave from the front desk outstanding, I thought that I wasat the Ritz Carlton

Air not working properly; photo on website of firepit near body of water as being part of the hotel is deceptive; firepit/body of water doesnt exist at hotel; toilet seat is low to the floor (you might as well sit on the floor when using the toilet); no ventilation in the bathroom. Most pics on website of hotel's amenities/room appearance, especially the firepit and body of water, are DECEPTIVE; walls are thin (lot of loud noise).
NEED MY REFUND!!!!!
