It's really scary to swipe the universal card to open the door without permission. I came here because of the Blue Ocean brand. I didn't expect such a thing to happen. The hotel's safety management is so inadequate. Safety is the first priority. That night I checked out directly, not daring to stay any longer, so I changed to a hotel. The hotel refunded my room fee the next day, but it was really disappointing. Even a newly opened hotel should be worthy of the trust of its customers. How can it make people feel at ease if it cannot even guarantee the most basic guest safety and privacy? Checking in
