The Gibraltar

Overall, not happy! The hotel was not bad, but both my wife and I were not happy with the check in. As we specially booked the room with King bed and when we checked in, we were told that only 2 Queen Beds room was availiable and he staff Scott told us its upto the hotel's arrangment, where it did not say this 'option' in my booking at all. All Scott told us was unfortunatly and no othe suggestions or recommendation. I told him I will take the room, but I was not happy, he said, ok. So, unfortunately, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

This room is very quiet. It is good to stay and relax in the weekend or holiday!

Fireplace was under repair when we visited which was a shame but otherwise the rooms were great

Beautiful hotel with great restaurant. Service a bit patchy but overall staff were trying hard.

Beautiful hotel however the wall tiles had mould and the topper on the mattress had blood stains. Tv was not working properly. I phoned down stairs to let reception know the tv wasn’t working properly and nobody came to help. Restaurant was brilliant and staff was very good. The blood was definitely not satisfactory as the cleaning staff are not doing their job properly. The mould just needed to be scrubbed.

Very nice and quiet hotel The bathroom is huge and the bed is very comfortable

Good location to Stockland shopping centre

The food and environment are very nice.
