Great place to go very clean in all three rooms I was in!! The ac wasn’t working in the first two, but the final room was awesome and had a jacuzzi!! Great breakfast!! Given two cards 10$ each for two days towards cost of breakfast, great coffee oj apple juice great staff!! Little bummed on the computer room , only one in there and someone stole power cord h

The room had clean linens. It was definitely outdated which was fine. The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned though, rug was dirty, there were coins left all over and a dirty washcloth hung over a hanger in the closet, toilet paper left with a few sheets.

The outside looks extremely out dated & different from any picture you may see online. The room also looked completely different from the pictures on the room I reserved, which was a little disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The window sill was dirty, the jacuzzi was dirty & had hair all over in it. The bathroom door was messed up & was hard to close. There was food left in the fridge from the previous occupants. When we brought it to the receptionist attention they said they’d have maintenance fix the door (which they didn’t) & they’d have house keeping clean the room again, we left while it was getting done. All house keeping did was change the towels & remake the bed, nothing that we complained about was cleaned.
Overall, I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The overall experience was great. We had a small problem with our room but we were immediately moved to another bigger & better room. The staff was most helpful, friendly & courteous. Would have liked to have a "hot" complementary breakfast.

Room was disgusting. Jacuzzi was dirty. Sink was in room, not near toilet. Mattress was ripped and dirty. . Looks grand when u first walk in but elevator and beyond is horrible.

The issue is that they didn’t plow the snow out of the parking lot. Very disappointing for Buffalo NY. There was snow everywhere

The reception staff weren't the most friendly. OK I guess. Not personable. The room was large an clean. It needed a few cosmetic fixes on the wall by the sink. The shower was large but no shelf to put shampoo and other things. Looked like a shelf was there at one time but not replaced. Our TV didn't work. A hotel employee did come up a half hour after we called the front desk for assistance. There was nothing major but wanted to say this so the hotel might work on the cosmetic appearance in our room. It was very quiet.I thought the rate was high for the time of year.

Nice property, overall. Could have benefitted from better snow removal around the parking lot and a nicer TV in the room. But the room served it's purpose well (hosted an out of town guest) and that was a big relief.
