The patio is outfitted with comfy outdoor seating to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and concert tunes from across at The Promenade. —The dining area seats 8+, and is great for games, hosting guests for meals, or remote work. —The kitchen shines here with marbled quartz counters, counter height island with seating, stainless appliances, and a sink that overlooks sunset views. The crockery and cutlery are convivial, with plenty of jovial Rae Dunn ware, Keurig & Café coffee makers, toaster, electric tea kettle, plus wine lover accessories: decanter, various glasses, openers, and more. —Additional kitchen accoutrements include a dual chamber air fryer, chic colorful pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, storage containers, hammered silverware, and all utensils needed for making a full meal.
