First time staying in this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Firstly the staff are exceptionally friendly and did everything they could to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. The room itself was very modern and spacious and looked out onto the road but it wasn’t noisy at all. The room had everything that we needed from a hair dryer, coffee and tea station, tv and toiletries that were replenished daily. We loved the fact that the swimming pool, steam room and gym was included within the price along with the free entertainment in the evenings. We listened to the live singer one evening and played bingo on another. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant where the service was friendly and quick. We also ordered room service to our door which felt like a luxury and saved us having to go downstairs one evening. The beach is a 4 min walk down the road and we managed to park our car in the free parking slots down the side of the hotel. However chargeable hotel parking is also available. Thank you so much to everyone for making our trip to Bournemouth so amazing. We can’t wait to stay at this hotel again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have lived a few times because of the location. Stayed for 11 nights this time, the longest time Room size is small Breakfast is so-so Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs. The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep... Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok

We stay at the Hilton Bournemouth in September. We arrived at reception but there was no-one to help us unload the luggage from our car. I asked for the luggage trolley and when the reception realized that I was intent on using the trolley for my luggage, they immediately helped out. We booked a King Guest room, but we were upgraded to a King One Bedroom Suite with sea view. Reception took our luggage up to our room which was a nice touch. The room itself was very nice - there was a balcony with lovely sea views, a toilet, a large bathroom (with shower, toilet and bathtub) seating area and dining area. We stayed in a suite before (one the first floor), but this was much better. We had use of the small Executive Lounge which was nice because we could get soft drinks and coffee anytime. There is a happy hour 6-8pm serving wine, beer and snacks. I was impressed by the cheeseboard laid out every evening. Breakfasts were nice. There was a huge selection to choose from and they could cater to every need. The staff every morning was very welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. They were very nice people. My wife and mother-in-law had massages in the spa, and they loved them - very, very good service. I wish I had booked one myself. I only have some minor gripes; the minibar only contained two complimentary bottles of water. At night, we could hear the people in the room below us chatting. There was a strange pump sound coming from the bedroom door. These things are probably structural so there's no way of getting around them. Also, from our room we could hear the music from the nearby club, but it did not stop us from falling asleep. We bought our own drinks and the hotel barman was kind enough to give us glasses. I think the glassware could do with replacing because they looked very dull. Overall, another lovely stay at the hotel. The staff are very, very good - you can tell that they have been well trained. We look forward to our next stay at the hotel. It's a real gem. It's one of those hotels which makes so much sense.

We arrived late on the 24th, 4 of us a a dog, to be warmly welcomed by Alin. Straight into the restaurant to a lovely meal. Fish, chips and duck for the ladies and steaks for the men. All were well cooked and tasty. Our rooms, a double and twin, where adequate and as you would expect with a dog, the double was functional. As we only sleep in them so anything other than what’s required is a waste in my view. The beds were a bit firm for our taste but that’s just us. Parking at the rear is free and easily accessible. Watch out for evening functions as if you’re out for the day the car park might be full. There are a couple of pay and display public car parks nearby so you can leave your car there and move it back when a space appears. The hotel was clean and the reception, dining room and bar where nicely decorated and comfortable. If you have a dog with you dining is in the bar which does not present a problem. What makes this hotel stand out, in my opinion, is the staff. Without exception they were polite, friendly and accommodating. The waitresses in particular where very helpful and efficient. Alin on reception was the stand out person who completely understood the meaning of customer service! We will be back in the future!
Royal Bath Hotel & Spa Bournemouth

Our coach holiday at the Royal Bath in Bournemouth was terrific value for money. The location is excellent with the beach, Bournemouth gardens, and the Pavilion theatre all minutes away on foot. Our rooms were spacious and appeared to have been recently refurbished. There is free wifi in the common areas and kettle and cups, ironing facilities and a fan are provided in the rooms. The common areas are comfortable and the food is self service. We found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The hotel is an old lady and not without it's flaws so if you are used to luxury then you may wish to pay extra money elsewhere for your indulgence. We were looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location and were very happy with our stay at the Royal Bath.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Lodge! All the staff were very kind, Ellie on the front desk especially stood out for us, she had great knowledge on the local area and her recommendation’s on where to go were spot on. We will certainly be returning. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious & the bathrooms are very modern. Spa facilities are very clean, we loved the steam room and Jacuzzi the most. We will certainly be returning as soon as possible! Can’t wait to come back!
