Beach Lodge

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Beach Lodge and were made to feel very welcome. Casper is a wonderful and very friendly host. There is nothing we could fault; homemade cakes were left for us each day in our room, rooms were scrupulously clean, beds very comfortable, great showers, the accommodation was very well maintained and of the highest standard, the breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented, there was a wonderful book library, all in all an exemplary experience.

First class accommodation. Faultless in every way. We wanted for nothing. The breakfasts were outstanding, the service the same. You could tell the owner had been trained at Claridges. He transferred all his skills to this delightful B&B. Well done.

You will not regret staying here. Lovely room with a side sea view. Beautifully decorated, absolutely spotless & nice comfortable bed. Tea & coffee plentiful with a supply of fresh milk available. Breakfast is ordered the night before & by choosing what time you want it, hot food is cooked freshly. Good choice of cereal, fruit juice & the plate of fresh fruit is a lovely touch. Food was amazing & plentiful. Local produce used where possible. Hosts Casper & Elizabetta are lovely. Beach Lodge is perfectly situated in Southbourne - just across from the beach. Shops/bars etc about a 6 or 7 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Finished our 3 night stay here and it was superb. Shower was amazing plus the heated floor. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast choice is really good. We was left cakes and buns in our room daily thank you. Will definitely stay again one day 👍👍

Fabulous B&B with great attention to detail. Everything seemed really good quality. The owner Casper is charming and the breakfasts were delicious. We stayed in a room with a beautiful sea view. The bathroom was great with underfloor heating. Comfortable bed.

This was our second stay at Beach Lodge, and we loved it as much as last time! The rooms are lovely , well furnished, bed very comfortable, and every attention paid to making our stay a home from home, even freshly baked delicious cakes left in our room to welcome us back from a day out! Excellent location too, with some rooms having a view of the sea. Breakfast is fabulous, everything you could wish for for a super healthy meal , well cooked and delicious food, with plenty of choice and accommodating allergies and food intolerances. Caspar couldn’t be nicer or more helpful, and we’re just looking forward to our next stay.

Another wonderful stay. Beautiful clean room. Casper and Eli are amazing and I always feel well looked after. Breakfast was plentiful and super tasty, you will not be disappointed! Thank you both and see you in 2024 !

We enjoyed our stay in this excellent accommodation with some lovely stylish touches which exuded an air of calm. We chose 'Heather' which has recently been refurnished to a very high standard and was pristine. Comfortable bed, excellent shower and peaceful stay. Really appreciated the freshly cooked biscuits and cakes left in our room, especially as they were gluten free, thank you Eli. On offer are great freshly cooked breakfast options which were delicious. Beach Lodge is only a minute from the beach so great for a stroll along the seafront. We were able to park outside the property which was really convenient.

The best bed and breakfast in Bournemouth and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great welcome always and best value for money - clean beautiful big rooms and beds - thank you as always xx this time we stayed in Cedar Cottage - a great space and would be amazing in the summer with its own outside space so near to the beach.
