Le personnel compétent, la nourriture de première qualité. La chambre s'est avérée très peu engageante, de petites bestioles nous ont incité à quitter les lieux après la première nuit.

Average It was fine. Expensive for what it is and there are almost no amenities. No hair dryer no fridge and the beds was very uncomfortable but Switzerland is expensive and you don’t get much for your money. Staff were nice but the check in time listed was not correct so I had to sit and wait which was annoying.

Bed bugs!!! Bed bugs in room 463! Read some revirets before the visit with warnings. Assumed that the problem had been solved by the staff, but No!!!! Bites all over after one night! Asful!

The motel rooms are not good. Bugs all around. We had to upgrade to the hotel. The hotel rooms are very good. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.
