Location - 15 minutes away from Chamonix- Mont Blanc; 1 1/2 hour from Geneva Airport; there is supermarket 5 minutes away from the hotel, bus stop is 2 minutes walk; they will give you Free Bus Card upon check in Room - includes basic amenities; the hotel is very new; clean bathroom and we got a balcony facing the street; they dont have AC so it must be very hot on Summer Food -we tried their Italian restaurant for 2 consecutive dinner - there's not much restaurant in the area. Food was great and generous portion and not that pricey. We tried their Pasta, Pizza, Burger. Breakfast - the booking includes breakfast - wide selection - eggs, bacon, cold cuts, bread, cheese, and lots more. Worth to have to start the day!

We were at the tourmaline to spend a Christmas weekend we were disappointed by the spa and the swimming pool we heard at least 30 minutes so that the sauna was set in the way we could not even enjoy all these relaxing moments because the Nobody had trouble to light the sauna and heating it another person arrived to help it the jacuzzi was really dirty with hair the water was not clear it had to signal it to be empty and filled again you were in addition Even the dressing that is usually included in the relaxing moments not swimming pool was € 10 more I never saw a hotel that it was making pay all in addition especially that for a lunch that costs € 16 is huge we had to go take Our breakfast at the corner of the cookie must really avoid this kind of hostel because it is really a narque especially that the room was at € 120 per day, in contrast to the only opinion I can put, It is the receptionist Melina who is sorry for this gene to cause us. Small message for managers of this hostel you should rather loyalize your customers and not make pay for the supplements because it could really put you spines in the foot because one person just passed moments pays quite expensive and not wish not to ruin the mountain already there are many other things to pay in family between friends or couple good Christmas party to everyone

This is very nice hotel , excellent decorated and looked refurbished as well. It is situated in a nice place with central view to the mountains . It’s pretty close to the centre of the town and close to tele-cabins for taking to nearest ski pistes . It also has a free parking area just close to the hospital . The rooms are comfortable , tidy, modern . The bathroom provides amenities . The breakfast is almost adequate , although it doesn’t correspond to a four star hotel . There is not big variety of foods provided . Once the trays were empty they were not refilled. The personnel didn’t replace the food that was still missing even when it was enough time ( at least one hour) for breakfast to end.
