Could not have been happier with this hotel. THe diner and the waitstaff are real gems. One of the best places in the city for an affordable stay.

We stayed at this property for one night. It has an attached ******, which we didnt go into. The hotel is pet friendly, which we loved, as we traveled with our 2 small dogs. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the hotel faces a very busy street and the street noise can be heard throughout the night. The area also looks to be unsafe with public buses on the street and a liquor store next door.

The property is old, the beds are uncomfortable, sheets are rough, carpet was dirty. It is inexpensive and the staff is nice, but I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

The front desk lady is always so nice and cheerful. I feel welcomed, because she actually remembers me!!
All staff including staff in dining area are super nice..
If you can, get room with fireplace, soo cozy

Why is the front desk person always so unfriendly? Is this just the most awful place to work??
It was quiet until kids came running through the hallway at 3am, no fault of the hotel.
Food at the restaurant was not that good but the waitress was very nice

The pool and hot tub were closed sign said they were not working (sign looked like it had been there for a long time). But both the pool and hot tub looked clean.

Very clean room but definitely dated! If just sleeping there, ok. A little distance from stores and restaurants. Staff was helpful though!

They entered my room when I had left a do not disturbed sign on the door. And entered my room anyways after I had left for a hour. They didn't make my bed but they brought in new towels and moved some of my belongings. They also stated they would comp me the room half of which they didn't and I'm still in the process of even getting deposit back. Which I haven't received either. And it's been a month now and still nothing

I had a quality room until the maid service entered my room. When I had a do not disturb on my door. I never asked for a turn down service. But she came in my room and thumbed through my belongings
