The blankets were quite cold, and the air conditioner vent had a large hole, so the air blowing directly on me wasn't very pleasant. It's located near MIT and Google buildings, and the subway access is fairly convenient. I haven't received my deposit back even after ten days since checking out. I didn't use the $6 bottled water in the room, even though I informed the front desk, but they still deducted it via email. It feels rather disorganized, especially considering Marriott is known for its top-notch quality.

Hotel staffs are professional. Receptionist presented a warm welcome while receiving us. They responded our enquiry swiftly.
Housekeeper are very attentive, too. Facility in room was kept in good condition. Air conditioning in room was good and running quietly.
All in all, we are satisfied with the room standard and service provided by staff.

I would have thought for nearly $300 a night the hotel would have had a hot tub but they didn’t. Not only did they not have a hot tub but I was charged $60 for one person to partake it the breakfast buffet! At Chechen I was told I wouldn’t receive any Bonvoy points either because I booked through trip.com which was supposed to be a room with a harbor view. The view was scant and overall stay was a total disappointment.
