The staff is very polite, caring and attentive, always ready to help, and the kitchen here is very delicious each dish was a real gastronomic pleasure. The atmosphere was particularly impressed: everything was so beautiful and thoughtful that it seemed like we moved to Europe. The hotel is good, the location is interesting. But. We had a room with breakfast included, but the hotel said it was a mistake. How is it written like that in the booking?
