The King Bed Was comfortable - room clean -air conditioner was Great - real cold air - just the way I like it — attendants - from front desk to floor staff… was courteous - helpful..Hot breakfast …YUM YUM I was there for Blues Festival- I will return for another trip soon - I will be booking to stay at this location.. Close to ****** and downtown Boardwalk - We went shopping - and Outback Steakhouse was across the parking lot — made it easy for when we arrived, checked in and walked across to eat dinner ️— All around it the best - for My needs during this family trip.. Upon arrival when we went to room. Toilet was not clean. We did complain the next day and it was taken care of. Also daily cleaning as well as towels were not done. I was advised that we needed to notify them and I feel like for over 200.00 a night this should be a given Even though we did notify them the next day it was also not done. Stains on chairs and doesn't look like it is maintained. Bathrooms should have bars to hold onto while showering and shower surface did not have antifall on the bottom. Very dangerous for seniors. Power went out on our last night due to storms. No generators !! I understand that losing power is not their fault but I cant understand why they don't have generators. This is not what I expected from a Hilton !
