So first things first. I chose this hotel purely based on location because it perfectly situated right at the end of slope. And having a room with a slope view is such a vibe. I could just sit there, drink tea and watch others having fun on the slopes. The room was slightly small, but served its purpose. All other services were as expected (breakfast, spa, bar, etc). But the hotel is so big and has so much to serve that it caters for anyone and everybody, and because of that, it's such a convenient hotel because you will get everything you need and require. And this is the hotels strongest attribute. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the staff providing the ski / snowboard equipment. I found them quite rude and sometimes didn't know what they were doing. I'm a beginner so I needed help, but I felt like they didn't want to give any. And on one of the days, the guy gave me a snowboard with no clips. And I only realised this once I got to the top of the slope. So I had to go all the way down and show him his mistake. And he didn't even apologise or take responsibility for this. Aside from that, the hotel and the room and all other services are what you would expect from a hotel of this size. Very good and very difficult to go wrong.

Seen some negative reviews on here. I’d just say it’s good value. If you’re looking for 4/5star this aint for you. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep and are happy to eat basic Bulgarian food. then jump in. Stayed with my 11 year old son, he was happy enough (using his mobile data, the wifi is poor), ate the food without too much fuss. Staff were pleasant and kind. Would stay again. Might forgo the halfboard, and just eat out for dinner. Although for the money it was nice to have the choice.
