First, the hotel makes it a point to recognize I'm coming and to treat me like they're happy to see me when I arrive. The location in the city center is one of the most picturesque I've seen, with multiple things to see and do within walking distance. One of the most spectacular train stations in Europe is right across the street! There are multiple restaurants and street venders scattered around the city center area, but if you don't want to leave the building the breakfast this hotel puts on is the best of any place I go.

The apartment was very clean, neat and tidy. Fast speed internet and hot water were available. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. The location is very close to the tram station, ensuring easy accessibility to Leipzig city Centre. Overall, the experience was comfortable and delightful.

Very nice hotel, friendly people and courteous service. We had a business room with a view of the city and access to the lounge, snacks and cold drinks were always available. Coffee and tea, fresh fruit, as well as beer and a house wine were always available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, everything was fine in the bathroom too, we had a large shower. The hotel is clean, modern and the central location is perfect. Due to the Christmas holidays we didn't eat at the hotel, the menu looked very good. The atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming. It was a very nice stay and we would always come back.

Hotel is beside the train station, very convenient with shops and restaurants within the station. Check-in process was slow even though I have completed my online check-in 1 day in advance using the link provided, staff had some difficult time locating my booking. Other than that, the experience is flawless with comfortable room, strong shower, good wifi and decent breakfast for a budget hotel. Overall this is a very value for money stay.
