The breakfast included with one the most tasty canele in Bordeaux. Would back for this lovely treat. The bed and the room is neat and tidy and comfortable bed.

The hotel is modern and overall comfortable, and the rooms are decent for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough and the general atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant. However, I think some aspects could be improved to better match the expectations of a four-star hotel. The main point is the breakfast. The selection was quite limited and did not feel like a four-star hotel breakfast, closer to what you would expect from a three-star hotel at most. I would recommend that the management look at the breakfast offered in other four-star hotels for comparison. In many hotels in Portugal, Spain, or Madeira Island (where I am from), the breakfast selection is usually much more varied and of higher quality. Improving this would make the overall stay much better and more in line with the hotel’s category.

Good hotel, with a nice rooftop, but very warm rooms because the AC system was still in winter mode. 25 degrees in the room is really too much.

Hotel was very clean. Comfy bed. Great shower. Staff very helpful ajd friendly.. would stay again

Very good experience staying here. Room is spacious and super clean. Love it!

There is a supermarket and a beautiful building close to the hotel. The facilities were as shown in the photos, but there was construction in the hotel for 5 hours, and the noise was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. The reception staff kept lying, saying it would be over within an hour, and took no further action. It was extremely stressful
