This hotel knows all about hospitality and puts it into practice. We were looked after from the moment we drove in through the entrance. This applied to the valets, reception staff and restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed every moment. My husband has limited mobility and this was never a problem at the hotel. Thank you

A new luxury hotel in Bordeaux town with an excellent spa and a Japanese restaurant with a good wine list. Designed by French architect Philippe Starck, it is owned by Les Carmes Haut-Brion, one of the most exciting producers in contemporary Bordeaux. Hotel is well located within a walking distance to the cafes, design and antique shops in Chartrons.

Welcoming staff. Small bedrooms and even smaller showeroom. No proper bar. Incompetemt barman- does not know what a malt is! No proper sitting lounge i.e. three small tables/chairs (when we were there one of them was occupied by a hotel manageress who first was lowdly discussing the wine list with a suplier and then, the salary of a potential new employee!

Magnificent hotel in which you feel good, with very pleasant staff always attentive to your needs. A very cocooning place. A magnificent, very captivating spa. And to finish a Japanese-style meal full of flavors. In short, an essential step.

An incredible stay, very good service worthy of the best 5 stars! Magnificent suite, very quiet and very modern. Very beautiful Spa with Hammam, Sauna and magnificent swimming pool. Incredible restaurant, from cocktails to desserts, very good service by Nina, the whole team takes great care. To recommend without hesitation, a superb address in the heart of Bordeaux, thanks to Bruno and his team!
