The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.

Diniwid Beach Boracay Island|0.02km from The Manic Monkey Crew
We stayed here with my family and my brother's family from March 29, 2003 to April 2, 2003. To tell you quite frankly - as the tile of this review goes - our stay was really a pleasant surprise as after booking, I read up on reviews which were really not that good which made me think if we had made the right decision in booking accommodations from this hotel. Our experience was quite the opposite: the road to the hotel from the jetty port (which according to a review I read was muddy) but no longer was when we went there. The hotel itself, when we arrived, as far as I am concerned looked great and was well maintained. The front desk staff were quite accommodating and cheerful and ably assisted us in our checking in to our rooms. We booked 3 rooms and checking in was a breeze. The hotel staff service was excellent. The rooms that we checked in to were great but it would have been better if it had a view but this is just my preference and does not in any way diminish our experience. The restaurant in the hotel was oftentimes good but can leave you wanting for more. This is a beach front hotel but there was a only a short stretch of sand when we stayed there. We were a bit let down I suppose but this was cleared when one of the locals clarified that it was high tide season during this time was being washed away to sea. To see a wide stretch of sand, the best time to here would be around September, but if the lack of a decent beachfront is no issue to you then anytime except the rainy season would be a good time to visit and you can easily reach Station 1 via a 5-10 minute walk. Since this hotel is on the western side of of the island, I can guarantee that you would experience sunsets like no other. If you prefer the peace and quiet of a homey ambience, nestled in a small nook at the far end of the western side of the island, then this hotel is perfect for you - alone or with your family and friends.

Service, environment and other aspects are very good, breakfast is also very delicious, but we go out, we can walk to the place, we did not know at the time. The hotel did not inform, and then out of 300p called the hotel car, the money is not much, but this is very bad. Other hygiene is cleaned every day, the pool is clean, and there is hot pot to eat. Although it is not very complete, it is very good compared to foreign countries. The environment is very good, we live in a double room in the garden. Very large and convenient to wash. The location is very good, the beach is out, there are many restaurants in a few steps, a restaurant not far from the next door is very good, the hotel food is also very good
Residencia Boracay

Hubby and I got a very good deal during the resort’s super sale with our deluxe room that has a balcony facing the beach. Residencia Boracay is a small resort surrounded by big hotel names (Discovery Shores, Henann...). The room has all the basics—hot shower, cable TV, mini ref, instant coffee/tea, safety deposit box, but we hardly stayed inside because it’s situated in a prime location by Station 1 (the best area in the island). We enjoyed the typical Filipino breakfast of silog, but their in-house restaurant, Sole, has a very extensive menu. There’s pizza, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, etc, and even happy hour deals on beer and cocktails. It’s a quiet spot (except when the nearby resort’s have live music at night) and family-friendly, too. Kudos to the staff who are warm and friendly. Residencia Boracay will be top of mind for me, especially because of its competitive rates. We’ll be back!

I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.
Signature Boracay Punta Rosa Formerly Punta Rosa Boutique Hotel

This hotel is the most satisfying of the entire trip to Boracay, and the price is the most worthwhile, more than 500, Japanese style, very clean, breakfast is an optional set meal, and the quantity is large. There is a bedroom downstairs in the suite, a large bathroom, and a large terrace. You can look directly at the sea and look at the sea view through the coconut trees. Many people are playing with umbrellas, drinking wine with family and friends, blowing the sea breeze, and chatting, very comfortable . Many people may struggle with the problem of not having a swimming pool, but to be honest, this location is the best beach in Boracay, 10 meters away is the beach, and beach towels are also provided. Forget about the swimming pool, I can only say that it is very cool. Walking on the beach to dmall is relatively far away, but it is only a 20-minute walk.

I originally booked a paradise room. Later, I didn't have it. I stayed for 4 nights. The room was because it was not in the sun, and it was at the beach. It was damp and the quilt was wet. I felt that the body was very heavy in those days. It is recommended to book a junior suite that is not too spacious. Breakfast is really hard to eat, but the restaurant's lunch and dinner is delicious, more characteristic is the cheese pizza, beef rice, pasta is also delicious. Paradise House is also awesome, with a swimming pool. The final experience is that I would rather spend more money to live in Shangri-La and Linde.

Really liked the smell as soon as you enter the room, you really feel like in vacation. Confy room with nice simple decoration, big kind of balcony but we where right in front of the restaurant, so not great for privacy. 10 meters from the beach this was awesome. tv wasn't working the first night, which shouldn't happen when you pay this type of amount for an hotel room. restaurant food is good, too much western, lack of local dishes, but it's understandable in boracay.. Cool place, nice staff with good attentions.
