All the services and amenities were great and well-maintained. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety to choose from. The overall ambiance was relaxing and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Hue Hotel is a gem sa Station 2. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a stylish stay close to the beach. Highly recommended kung gusto mo ng combination ng comfort, aesthetics, at convenience. Would definitely stay again! Tip: Book early lalo na during peak season. Magandang spot din for photos kahit sa room or sa pool, Instagram-ready lahat. 📸

I love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. COCKROACHES, DIRT, BAD BREAKFAST We booked this hotel at the end of January. Prior to this, we stayed at a chain hotel for a similar price, so we have something to compare it to. The hotel is very run-down. The tiles in the pool are broken, and all the doors and interior items are scratched and in need of repair. There is absolutely no storage space in the rooms! You'll have to live with constant inconvenience because of this. When we saw the curtains, we were horrified – I don't think they've ever been washed. There were electrical problems in the room, with constant clicking noises in the middle of the night that would wake us up. The final straw was when I saw a cockroach under my pillow. Breakfast! It's terrible: fish heads, no tea, cold sausages, and horrible eggs. This raises a huge question about Trip.com, as it positions this hotel as having delicious food and even placed it in the top 5 on Boracay. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION; you can truly go hungry if you're used to something of even passable quality. In any case, don't book this hotel for a long stay. Book it for one day and verify everything I've mentioned above, then decide if it's for you or not. It's unclear why this hotel has such a high rating, as the problems are simply obvious. The only pleasant thing was the staff; they are genuinely friendly and try their best, but even they, it seemed to me, understand what a disaster this place is.

Location: Station 2, about a 10-15 minute walk to D'Mall for adults, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Cleanliness: Noticed some dust and hair on the floor. Pool: One small pool in the center. Breakfast: Just average, with one or two menu changes daily. Service: All staff were friendly. Room Condition: Rooms facing the road were very noisy at night. Facilities are a bit outdated. Overall, I was satisfied, but if I visit Boracay again, I'd prefer to stay at a different accommodation.

We stayed at Hue Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was such a lovely experience for our whole family. We really loved the ambiance relaxing, stylish, and very comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was consistently good. What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone made us feel at home, from the pool attendant to the bar staff. Special mention to the guy at the bar counter (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) and to the intern Amarah both were very kind, attentive, and always smiling. My family truly enjoyed our stay, and Hue Hotel is a place we would happily return to. We’ll definitely be coming back and staying with Hue again. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for five nights and it has been a great stay. We have everything we need in the hotel. The beaches and shops are nearby and accessible. There are also various activities you can do.

The staffs were incredible. Food was amazing. Swimming pool is the best.

The hotel needs a cosmetic renovation. During our stay, we constantly saw huge puddles/leaks from the ceiling in different areas. The breakfasts were average, with few fruits and limited selection of dishes. The housekeeping service was very responsive and attentive!

Amazing service from F&B staff, housekeeping and lifeguard at the pool. My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture. They have a beautiful swimming pool The amenities are clean Housekeeping is quick to attend to our needs Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

The staff were super, but the hotel rooms are a bit old.

Stayed here with my sister. Enjoyed every bit of it. Staff were great, room was nice. Def worth the price. They also have a nice pool!!
