Very normal and cheap accomodation. It is worth the value for its price. No main road access, only the beach directly.

The room was badly clean, A/C worked poorly, barely could cool the room. WiFi doesn’t reach the room. The net connection was also poor inside the room. The shower was ok, hot water, but things were falling apart (handlers)
They don’t provide toothbrushes or water bottles in the room.
Although, they provide lemonade at the lobby when you checking in.
Also the hotel has a beach (with plastic chairs) and they give you beach towels which is good.

The property is a bit dated, which affects the overall quality of the stay. However, the rooms are equipped with everything you need for comfort. The staff is super kind and efficient. The location is beachfront, so it's the best possible, but most of the rooms face inward, making them quiet. Complimentary umbrellas and chairs are provided. The breakfast is ideal for Filipinos, but certainly not for Europeans, and I was completely unsatisfied with it. Plus, the dining area was overrun by really annoying flies.

We booked 2 Quadruple Rooms. Stayed for 7 nights, 8 days.
ROOM 230. Dirty comforters. Pls check photo attached. Requested for a room clean up twice, they only changed the blanket and pillow cases but never the comforters and the yellow accent thingy. Small CR but it's okay, heater not working. Super slow WiFi. Globe Network signal doesn't work inside the room, Smart Network does. The room has balcony you can hang your wet clothes. Has fridge. No tables provided.
Room 226, beds looked clean but there's bed bugs. Nephews got bitten. Huge CR but idk if heater works. Slow WiFi, no Globe Network, haven't check Smart. No balcony.

The only access is through the beach front and their restaurant . No partition or different path to the frontdesk. You have to walk pass by people eating. When I first came, the vibe is not inviting. It looks abandoned, and messy.I booked for a garden view, I was guided to a secluded part. No garden view either. And pretty dark. The way to the room,plants are dead. It’s feels scary for a solo traveler. The room was clean but no basic amenities. I have to go to the front desk to ask for towels cause there is no telephone. The towel were hard, it feels like sand paper in touch. The beach towels are more like a rag. Specifically the green ones.the threads are falling off. The sheets are like rags, many holes. The door is hard to open. I really didn’t sleep there. I just left my bags and went to my friends cause so many mosquitos in the room. I tried their bfast and dinner, the refills are pretty slow so when we came there is almost non were left. The employees were nice but the hotel needs some renovation and upgrade.

The service was good, clean rooms. Friendly budget accommodation that fits your tight budget. Near the white beach. Unfortunately, we were assigned to a room on the 4th Floor and the facility has no elevator. We treated it as a mini exercise going upstairs. So far, good for a budget hotel accommodation.

It was a very ideal location if you want to stay beach front, staffs are friendly and accommodating. You can have a sightseeing on balcony while having coffee or beer. Very nice, wanna book again here one day.

Cozy hotel right on the beachfront. It's a 1-minute walk to the beach. The only downside is the loud music from the cafe in the evenings, sometimes until 3 AM.

They said they have service water but when we asked, they didnt even deliver to our room. The location of the resort is good but our room is not that pleasant as there is no window and it feels we are inside the cave. The buffet is affordable though

The Room number is hard to find because it was not that organize as the other resort. No indication or direction from the hallway. The resort is not that nice compare to before
