Hilton Garden Inn Rockford

Loved onsite dining arriving at night. Healthy salmon plate reasonable and good. Front desk staff friendly. Rooms nice.

Breakfast was great. Room was good bathroom was ok. The staff were excellent very friendly. Loved the night security officer.

Wonderful, friendly staff. The pool area with small water features kept the kids entertained for hours. Easy access to local area.

I literally had the worst stay .1. A group of people showed up and started a baptism ceremony. At the pool? It was the weirdest things I’ve ever seen. Cause it’s a hotel pool and they are having a service. 2. The pool seem over chlorinated. 3.There was literally a party on Saturday night on my whole floor . From kids running down the hallway was like racing , to them playing ding dong ditch , yelling. I understand they are children. But for them to running back and forward after 11 pm . There were no parents authority until maybe 12:30 . I reached down to the office a few times and they sent up “security” once .I also brought Childs with me and it was hard for them to rest with the noise . 4.I complained in the morning and I almost dismissed about the situation. I think staff need to keep a closer eye on situations. And the pool . You think your travel to a hotel to have a relaxing stay and hang out with your kids . This didnt happen this stay . Will not be coming back .

Clean room, staff was great with cleaning cycle daily, Shops close by within minutes, Restaurants/Bar within walking distance, Hot-tub, Swimming Pool, Staff is so friendly and kind! Breakfast was amazing and had something for every kind of eater! A great stay!!!

On the day of our stay there were 20 other people in the hot tub. So I decided to get my own when I went home. There were a few other parties that evening
