I accidentally booked the wrong dates for the hotel. The date had already passed booked for February, needed March. Figured it out the day before we were suppose to check in. Made a phone call and talked the Casey. He was able to transfer the reservation. It's good to know that there is still great customer service in this digital AI world we live in. He saved the day.

Everything was good, except that the front desk was facing a machine for remote processing. For people with poor English, communication was a bit difficult. Fortunately, the other party used translation software and could understand each other's meanings.

Check-in and check-out are carried out through a ”virtual” employee. This is fascinating but habitual. In times of impact, you also wait quite long because there is only one ”kiosk” / screen. The rooms are quite used but clean. I was first paid a service fee twice, but refunded on objections. The room safes available as described were not existing. The use of single-way wardrobe for the whole breakfast is no longer up-to-date and heard urgently changed.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I was assigned room 334. My nightly rate with all taxes was $123.46. Service - Besim assisted me during the check-in process. Great first impression. He was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I checked-in on the app and requested a digital key the night before. The day of, it made me go to the front desk first. Annoying, but not his fault. Room - Typical Hampton Inn room, which for me is great. Super comfortable bed. Great working AC wall unit. Desk with comfortable chair. Great working mini refrigerator. Microwave. Adequate lighting and conveniently placed electrical outlets. Window curtains that closed all the way not allowing light in, so great if trying to sleep in. The bathroom was large with ample space for your toiletries. Tub with shower curtain. Hotel Information - The hotel has 92 rooms and 3 floors. Elevator is down the hallway from the front desk. Typical complimentary Hampton Inn breakfast. Outdoor pool. Convenient parking lot. Hotel Location - Convenient location between Fort Myers and Naples. There is a Publix Supermarket directly across the street. My group stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and used their meeting room for our director meeting. Our guest rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The meeting room was the perfect size for our group, and a/v equipment worked smoothly. The management team was very responsive to requests during the planning stage. We will return! I highly recommend!

It is unfortunate that I must write this review publicly as I did submit my concerns to the management team over 2 weeks ago on their website. I did not even get a generic, ”sorry, we will address the issue” response. Nothing. So, with that being said, I want to warn others of this establishment. Though the entire hotel is in need of a serious renovation I am able to overlook outdated furniture if well maintained and cleaned properly. However, upon immediately entering the room the smell was off putting. It was so bad at night that I had to sleep facing the wall with my head under the covers in order to avoid it. I am sharing a picture of the wall next to the bed just above the lamp where you can see the amount of dust that has accumulated over time. Clearly housekeeping and maintenance do not keep a regular deep cleaning schedule of the rooms and carpet. When paying nearly $400 a night, I find this absolutely unacceptable. The second picture is of the sign on the back of the door and in red at the bottom lists the max price for the room as $299. Clearly management is taking advantage of the recent major hurricane that hit and are price gouging now that there is limited housing and rooms available. What a shame too because the staff is fantastic, and I hope they know they deserve better. I can't imagine the number of complaints they must have to deal with onsite due to the manager/ owner not maintaining the property. They can easily go elsewhere and honesty they should.

We sold our condo and had to wait 3 days before we moved-in to our new condo rental. This place worked out great for us. The kitchen area has 2 stovetop burners which is all we needed. The fridge was a pretty good size so we didn’t have to throw anything out from our old fridge. Our room was very clean. My wife works from home. There was plenty of room for her 2 computer monitors. She had a very fast connection for her work. The staff were all friendly. They have a large free breakfast each morning with a lot of options and a great eating area. Staying here was a win win for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks

Stayed at this hotel 10 days. Hotel is under new management, Jeremy provided the best customer service we have ever seen at a hotel. Our room had an issue, and we were switched to a new room immediately. Olga and Natalia, front desk were so accommodating and friendly, all staff was very pleasant. Breakfast varied every day with a wide selection...and of course, those cinnamon rolls... Room was updated and clean, beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!! Just awesome Customer Service, thank you Jeremy for making our stay enjoyable !!
