Whilst this was a well located hotel with great view, we unfortunately experienced several issues during our stay The hotel has a lot of potential but several issues made the stay less enjoyable, examples below: -rooms are dated -made it difficult to price match despite their policy -elevator system is terrible, waiting 20mins each time you need to use -breakfast buffet often empty despite being before closing I contacted the hotel & customer service in December - but no one has replied despite servers chasers! (Ref 9203/58223) We loved Porto & we enjoyed this hotel for the location & the indoor pool, otherwise I did not get value for money Please can someone respond to my complaint, it’s been 2 months?
