Nicely located. Nice treatment. Nice swimming pool and very nice beds. All properly clean and neat. Very poor shower with very little water. Talked to receptionist, but he said that’s just the way it is. Poor breakfast - very little options and poor quality products. Even coffee was not good. Tough stairs up to the rooms. Not suitable for elderly people.

A pousada é bem familiar , é um otimo lugar pra quem procura tranquilidade A piscina é perfeita ,camas e quarto aconchegantes ,funcionarios simpaticos , comida e cafe da manha bons, praia é proxima e otima para ver por do sol e caminhar , 5 min do centrinho de carro e próximo a estabelecimentos necessarios como mercado ,padaria e restaurantes Com certeza voltaremos .

Pousada limpa , ambiente tranquilo e sem barulho , um pouco distante pra quem está ape dos centros e restaurantes, com carro seria o ideal , mar de dentro próximo a pousada água turva e calma , mar de fora 1 km da pousada águas agitadas e azul , café da manhã precisa ser melhorado , quartos limpos .

A pousada é linda! Quartos limpos e confortáveis, bom chuveiro, boas camas, rede bem gostosa para aproveitar no fim da tarde. Ar condicionado em boas condições, tv com Netflix cortina blackout. Funcionários atenciosos. A piscina é uma delícia, quentinha pois bate muito sol e limpa. Café da manhã apenas ok, não tem muita opção de doce (bolos etc) e o que tinha não era bom. A pousada abre o café da manhã para o público o que acontece é quase não tem reposição e os hóspedes acabam saindo no prejuízo. A localização é boa para quem está de carro, não há como fazer nada a pé naquela região. Recomendo!

Segundo 2 funcionários mal educados do Hotel, nós merecemos ficar num quarto que parecia o calabouço porque compramos pelo Decolar na internet. O quarto era mofado, fedido, o banheiro tinha cabelo nos ralos entupidos, tinha goteira no chuveiro e no ar condicionado (funcionário perguntou qual o problema disso?!?!?) e os moveis quebrados, tinha uma prateleira quebrada no banheiro que caiu e derrubou nossas coisas. O rapaz da manutenção com sua falta de educação veio consertar o ar de má vontade e nos alegou que são quartos comprados pelo decolar, a moça da recepção disse a mesma coisa. O café da manhã tinha queijo de vários dias atrás, nem trocavam a decoração do limão estragado do prato do queijo, e o cereal xoxo aberto a dias e exposto ali nas moscas. A funcionária do café só faltava nos responder o bom dia com, "bom dia pra quem", terrível!!!

Demos azar de ser alocados no quarto temático, o "quarto da águas". Vazava água do ar condicionado e do chuveiro. Pedimos para trocar o quarto, porém não havia disponível. No dia seguinte, o responsável pela manutenção apareceu e tirou um sarro de nós, pois tínhamos adquirido o quarto econômico. Aparentemente, quem adquire o quarto econômico não merece o básico. Eventualmente arrumaram o ar e o chuveiro e retiraram os cabelos do ralo da pia (sim, estava bem sujo), porém ficou o sentimento ruim após a chacota do funcionário.

Quarto ok. Nada de luxo, mas limpo, espaçoso, cama boa. Passamos ano novo no hotel e contratamos o "jantar" especial de ano novo. Comida horrível, pouca opção. Dinheiro jogado fora. Funcionario Michael estava presente nos cafés das manhãs, muito atenciosso e educado. Não voltaríamos.
