Incrivel hotel bem em frente ao mirante da serra do rio do rastro. Propriedade muito bem localizada e muito bonita a vista de qualquer lugar da propriedade é incrivel. As cabanas são muito aconchegantes, aquecimento impecavel, atendimento excelente. Cafe da manha e restaurantes muito bons tambem.

Adoramos o resort, o time de atendimento é muito solicito e atencioso.
Dois pontos de observação é que falta incluir no cardápio do restaurante opções veganas. Como fica localizado em um local com poucas opções de restaurantes ficamos dependendo das opções do resort. Eu, como sou vegano algum tempo já me preveni e levei algumas opções para me alimentar. Outro é que solicitamos o alimentos antes da prova que iriamos fazer e deixamos claro que deveria ser vegetariano, porém o sanduíche fornecido tinha presunto dentro.
Vale uma atenção especial a respeito desse cuidado para pessoas com restrições alimentares. De resto, foi perfeito, desejamos voltar mais vezes.

Adoramos o local: Lagos, piscina de borda infinita sobre o lago no pôr do sol, as cavalgadas, as lhamas, a vegetação, o excelente café, almoço e jantar soberbos, a ambientação dos espaços, o banheiro de piso aquecido…Acima de tudo, sentimos que as pessoas ali gostam de gente. Foram incansáveis com nossos netos. Perfeito para juntar a família. Nossos netos nos dois dias esqueceram dos iPads/celulares. Maravilhoso

Lugar para relaxar
Local agradável, com boa estrutura física e um natureza exuberante. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e o restaurante muito bom com pratos variados e muito saborosos. E há ainda tomadas para carregamento de veículos elétricos nas cabanas.
