Nice and clean

I stayed at the Bolu Hampton by Hilton during my vacation with my wife. When I got to the room, there was a sofa bed, also known as a double bed, lying open. There was no room to walk. When I called the receptionist and explained the situation, he rudely said it wouldn't bother us. When I explained that it was uncomfortable and asked for it to be fixed, he said I could close it by lifting the bed from the bottom. When I tried to close it, it wouldn't close, so I called back and reported it to the receptionist. A room attendant was dispatched, and he tried to close the bed for 45 minutes during my rest time, but he couldn't. At this point, I requested a room change, but the receptionist refused. When I madeshift and left the room, the sofa was unusable. I called the receptionist again and explained the situation. This time, she came and tried to make the sofa usable. Unable to do so, she commented, "That's all it will take. The sofas in the other rooms at our hotel are equally unusable. There's nothing we can do, and I can't change your room." She then left the room. The room and shower were also filthy, and the lotion bottle had some strangely colored mixtures. When we spoke to a representative in the morning, they told us, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." They didn't even apologize, and even wanted us to pay for the two Turkish coffees we had for breakfast when we checked out. I've never seen such poor management anywhere.

No fine details were considered in cleaning, no diet sugar for diabetics, we requested room cleaning but the cleaning was done half-assed, missing items were not completed (soap), we could not connect to the Wi-Fi in the room because the reception did not enter the room number into the system.

The choice of transition between Kappa and Istanbul is neither good nor bad. The breakfast is ok, at least it is hot to eat, but the cardboard box in the room is empty.

The room is very clean, there is a smoking room, the breakfast is good, and there is a Turkish kebab nearby

The location is close to the highway and shopping mall, the cleanliness is very good, and the breakfast is superb, but they need to change the room freshener they spray in the hotel corridor; it has a very bad smell.

The hotel is beautiful in every detail and its location is ideal.

Great stay at the hotel and the staff are trying to make you happy.

A quiet, clean hotel with good breakfast. I recommend it.

Banyo temizliğini begenmedim, kirli, küflü birkac yer dogrudan göze batıyordu, yatakları da kötüydü, eski ve çökmüştü. Geçen geldiğimde böyle değildi, otelin temizlik ve yataklarda ilgili iyileştirme yapması şart.

Akşam giriş yaptık.Sabah kahvaltı sonrası çıkış yaptık.Konumu ***et iyi.Temiz bir otel sorunsuz bir konaklama için ideal.
